I have raise request for lost sim card replacement but i received messege regarding rejection of replacement request (See attached pic) so i have checked that with jio center agent but they are failed to tell exact reason of rejection also when i ask for refund (As per messege received from jio) authorised person from jio center)
Told me to complain where ever you want in arrogant manner and refuse to refund. As i need of that number...

I just recharged online with a jiophone pack on the wrong number. I did it via jio's online recharge site on google. I made the payment using my debit card. I recharged with a rupees seventy five pack. Only after making the payment did i realize my mistake.

I have recharged my jio number with an amount of 249 on 13th january as my plan was about to expire. My amount got deducted from my account but the recharge was not done neither did i get back my money. I'm complaining about weak network connection in my village.in my village very tough to get network signal, we are climbing hills, trees to get network connection. Hello there, I've been using Jio approx for 2years but I had no complaint about it. But from last week in our area at night internet speed is very slow. Even it takes time to browse a website. And also when there is a power cut in daytime as well as night we're not getting network signal and this time also we are facing so many problems. On 13th Jan 2020, I have recharged my mobile number [protected] for rupees 199, i have paid through SBI Internate Banking. its successfully recharged. but i could not received activation message. I am unable make any call. I have attached sbi payment statement. I have call customer care, but customer care number also not getting connected....

As per their offer at the time of recharge i am entitled to get discount of rs.50/- per voucher if i recharge from my voucher of their mobile app, but after recent hike of tariff they are not giving the said discount at the time of recharge from my voucher of their mobile app but asking for redeem the voucher. Even after redeem of voucher i am not getting the said discount....

I have cancelled my jio fiber Plan but router is not getting picked up instead of giving specific timing.

I have cancelled my Jio Fiber plan on 25th of december 2019 today it has been more than 2 weeks time but no one has come for the router pick up as this is the next step for closure of connection followed by refund.

I have made several complaints to their customer care team still the issue remains as it is....

Wrong SMS charges on 31st Dec 2019 attached evidence. 13 days 9 reminders by email to care . 6 replies from care but amount not revert yet.

Please provide 100 times amount revert as I had faced problem.

Hi, i m rohit jain and have done recharge for [protected] with 2020 jio plan on 8 january 2020 from gpay, in receipt it’s showing amount has been credited to jio same in bank statement, but when i call jio customer care they are saying they didn’t got any payment.

I am not getting signal strength totally from continuously. My data got exhausted today.in my jio app it shows me to recharge the plan. After clicking the get booster option in home home its redirected to plan recharge after that i recharged for rs.1001 (Plan cost +gst).
