Desirable resolution - refund

My jio fibernet connection is registered with the number +[protected], i have given a deactivation request on 15th december 2019. Initially they have given an appointment to collect the router and provide the refund, however it did not happen. I had again made complaints 3 times similarly....

I am akhil and i tried to recharge my jio number and the transaction is processed by your payment gateway. My money was deducted but recharge dont happen. I have contacted to jio customer care they said to contact respected bank team.
So please check the payment and refund my money.

Yesterday my data was exhausted and it will reset at 2:00 am according to company but in morning of 03 jan 2020 at night 1:15 am i got the message that my data of 03 jan 2020 daily data exhausted. I want to state that i m a jio user from haryana, hissar. I paid rs555 for recharge. Now, jio is not providing network speed all day... Few months spend by me but jio is not improving network. Please help me. And in my area jio network is so poor. And we are not satisfied with jio network. Jio network doesn't provide us 4g speed atleast it does't gives us 3g speed😅😂. I have a problem with the network
-- for a week of recharge speed was ok (but doesn't qualify 4g status which it bragged about) .
-- Now speed is pathetic (having 2 months extra active plan)
-- calling to customer care doesn't give any complaint number, even after multiple calls .
-- Even call drops happen .
-- Made complaint and customer service executive says "we will solve the problem, but couldn't...

I call to Customer care this amount debited and not Jio recharged but he says checked this bank.
I am Jio recharged process in Internet banking but not recharged properly & debited Rs. 75/- my account

I have ported my mobile number [protected] from Airtel to Jio and got the Jio sim card on 29th December 2019. I did tele verification on 2nd January 2020. I got a message that sim is ready for use. I have recharged on the same day with 185 Rs pack. The recharge was successful. Transaction ID is BR0003VUIAWC. But I am unable to make calls and use internet. When I call, it is saying that the mobile number does not have any recharge done....

Hi i am using jio number[protected] from past few months and from the starting i am facing internet speed issue in my town because of this so many times have raised complaint but there is no solution provided to me so kindly look into it the matter and do the needful please i feel like i am not using JIO 4G connection it always make me feel like i am using 2G connection

I have wrongly recharged my smartphone jio no with 597 plans which was meant for jio phone only. So it would request u to cancel the recharge for the same so I could recharge again. I[censored] could refund the amount in original payment mode. Or refund the cash in jio amount that I can recharge further. It is a huge amount so pls if this matter could be resolved....

Customer care not understand the consern when call on 31st Dec arround 11.50pm...

I did Transaction for my jio number using Upi ID - ([protected]@paytm )for recharge of amount RS.505 on 31/12/2019 at 3:32 p.m . The money went to [protected]@citibank and the recharge was not successful. The jio customer care says tht they have not received it and are not responsible for it.

I request to please give information about when and how will I get the refund...

During a jio recharge of ₹75 on my jio number #[protected] through myjio app via upi payment, the recharge fails but the respective amount has been deducted from my bank account balance immediately after the process. Please return my money as soon as possible, its humbly requested to take action on the above mentioned content immediately. Please find the transaction details below:

My wrong phone number has been recharged in jio for ₹555 3months plan.
Please help me recharge on the correct number as soon as possible.
It would be preferable to transfer it to my correct mobile number else i will have to switch networks which will be very unfortunate. This is a legitimate mistake and i am not asking for refund, just transfer to correct number.

They cheated me by giving single band router.
This router not giving 100mbps wifi speed.
For same amount new connections getting dual band router which gives 100mbps speed.
They are ready to change the router for me.
Then why should I pay their full amount for 100mbps when I get only 20mbps speed.
Very very very bad.

Jio speed is too slow max speed is 150kbps only when i complain about it to customer care he/she said the problem will solved in some days but still this problem persist.There are many usres in the area. This what they say when you complain about the problem. There is an institution near my area. The network in the institution comes down to zero. While you are in the institution ypu cannot cqll anyone. Baddest experience. I will stop using...

I did my jio mobile recharge with rs.555. Today in the morning,
But the pack has not been activated yet on my jio mobile number [protected].. The money has been deducted from my account but i did not receive any confirmation message.
Please let me know what i can do now... O r please approve my recharge as soon as possible... I shall be greatly thankful to you.....

Sir i made wrong recharge through online. Insted of my number [protected] i mistekenly pressed wrong number amount rs.185. Immediatley i was called to jio customer care and told that i made wrong recharge through tranction id. Br0003nsexgv kindly cancel my wrong recharge and refund my amount. But supervisior said that there is no provision for refund. But all telecom operators are giving refund in this issues. But jio telecom not giving refund....

I have a call for home job and this there is no fees but then he say paid 2050 rupees for registration and 2000 amount refunded and i paid 2050 rupees.
Then he say paid 9600 rupees for insurance and say this amount totally refund in 5-10 minutes.
In this way totally refunded amount is 11000 rupees. After pay this amount he doesn't refund and say 12500 rupees pay for ticket cancellation of...

Today i had recharge my jio number thru immobile app showing successful on immobile app but jio phone calls not activated on phone no.[protected]
Today 25th dec done recharge in afternoon reference id [protected] with amount 399/+recharge is still not activated on phone.

Please resolve.
