I had to recharge for my jio phone no. [protected] for amount 75 but instead recharge was done for my jiofi no. [protected]. Also i had already recharged my jiofi with 251 plan. So currently internet is not working properly through my jiofi due to wrong plan activation.
Please resolve the issue and refund for the wrong recharge done so that my actual data plan would work on my device.

    This is Ankit kumar, I have made a wrong recharge, I was trying to recharge my wife number but unfortunately ended with my own recharge, I am requesting to please return the money so that I can make a recharge again to my sister number .

      I complaint jio team via email 2months ago regarding poor internet connectivity in my area.
      The internet connectivity is so poor that you can't even view youtube videos in more than 360p and if you have to download something from play store like of 30mb file it will take 5minutes.
      It's not issue with me but in my home i have 3jio numbers and all in different model experiencing same problem in every device.
      I am doubtful why the sim operator is thinking of 5g when they can't provide 4g in a best manner.

        Made so many complaints but internet speed is pathetic. I switched from idea to JIo, and these people are ridiculous as well. Their online chat, their toll free number process is so much confusing, i am sick of these people

        Solve it, or else i would put the same feedback on soical media as well.

            I am using a mobile sim from jio having a number 917xxxx467. My mobile location is baramunda housing board colony, one of the prime locations of the smart city bhubaneswar.

            I have recharged rs 2020 scheme with jio 4g data service until january 2021 after hearing a promise from jio care that they are going to solve the slow internet speed issue soon.

            Last 3 months, i have been complaining about the very minimum mobile internet speed. No response from jio company to improve the internet speed.

            If they can't improve the speed, i demand my refund of rs, 2020 from the company. So that i will change the service provider. I am having a huge problem in discharging my official work.

              I could not be able to use my internet as i used to do it in the past a month ago a problem started with my jio fi even if i am doing simple browsing it is showing 50%data exhausted it's frustrating my important works are getting delayed and i also feel like getting cheated paying money but getting satisfactory service please look upon the problem or should i switch on to other service providers.

                Before coming to malaysia kualalumpur i recharged with jio ir pack of rupees 1101 as suggested by jio customer care executive. But after coming to malaysia i didn't find any networks in my mobile phone. I complained about it but the issue still not resolved. Please look into this matter as i'm unable to receive any calls or even bank otps. All my recharge money go in vein. When call they also suggest me to do another top up recharge of rs 575 by telling me that my balance is low.

                  I am unable to send message from my Jio number to each and every number since last two months. I have registered complain 7 times in the last two months but they are not resolving it.Actually, they are befooling me.
                  I want that they must resolve it otherwise they must pay my amount to me.

                    I have ordered jio mobile from your company website www.jio.com on 01.02.2020. I was visit all nearby jio digital and jio store for picup of mobile but they said we don't have mobile in stock from last 15 days also don't know when the mobile will come, when i was call jio customer care and jio ecommerce no. They giving me excuse to call another number. I'm quite disappointed from this terrible service. This is definitely not what i expected. Please cancel my order and refund my money at the earliest.                     I have internet plan of 2GB/day. But the connection is very slow.. everything is loading so slow seems to be like it's 1mb per month plan. Please rectify this issue as soon as possible. From Jan 2020 I have subscribed to the new plan and everyday the internet is slow till date. I have even reached Jio customer care but no action has been taken.

                      Despite our knowledge when to recharge, jio is harassing the customer with several messages and calls every day. This is not tolerable and we know what to do.

                      They are keeping on taunting customers and harassing for payment even if it is pre - paid. They are harassing for our money just like we are due to them.

                      Strict action is requested from your side against such companies

                      Jio is calling unnecessarily to remind us to recharge for our prepaid plan. We know about it and don't want jio to remind us. After the plan has expired, we surely know and don't need jio to call and tell us to recharge. We would recharge if we want to.
                      Jio reliance ki taraf se call ata h mam you are selected hum log jab ki tlash main unki bato main aa jate h our vo Paisa pe paisa le kate h refund ke name pe dhokha de kar nikal jate h mare sath yahi hua h so plc aaplog dhyan de agar unse koi mare paise niklva sakta h to plc help main plc 🙏

                        Hello,

                        I have done my jio cellphone recharge on 3rd january 2020 before my current plan expires on 2nd feb 2020.

                        The money is deducted from google pay but the recharge is not done in jio. Please find attached the transaction receipt as proof. When i checked the recharge details in jio app my 3rd january transaction is not visible there. Please assist with this on urgent basis.

                            I am using jio sim my samsung m30s handset, i am from avalpoondurai, erode district. My house located around 4 kms from avalpoondurai. There is low tower coverage and internet quality also very poor since jio launched, please check the tower quality and increase the range coverage. Because of poor coverage lot's of people moving to another networks.

                              Hello, i have done recharge done for the number [protected] using upi on 1st feb 2:36pm. The amount have been deducted from my bank account but the plan have yet to be activated.
                              The plan that i recharge for was of rs.399 for 56days, in which i have applied rs.50 voucher, so total amount deducted from my bank account is rs.349.
                              But still no plan have been activated.

                                  But now, while i tried to recharge, this number is not available & no records in jio database.
                                  Jio team also conveyed that the bill amount outstanding exits with the idea operator.
                                  But after clearing all the outstanding bills only, the mnp has been activated & live in jio upto 23-oct-19.
                                  Then how come the outstanding exists. I am keep on touch with both the team to clear this issue.
                                  I physically visited jio showroom 3 times in past two months. But till date no response from both the operator teams.
                                  Kindly i request your immense presence to reoslve this issue asap pls.

                                      Jio telecaller she was misbehaving with customer's...

                                      For job she ask me to send resume and photo and thousand rupees... And she said nothing about anything at that time and after paying 1000/- rupees she again asking me for 3000/- but she was not giving job clarity.. And company location and address...
