    I recharged a unknown jio number +[protected] instead of my number. Now i want to reverse it. I recharged it uding my google pay but my friend by mistake added the wrong number. So i request you to please cancel this recharge my transaction id would be[protected] by google pay. Please reverse it as soon as possible.

          I had recharged my jio number for the 399 rs plan
          (349 with 50 rs voucher) on 15th jan 2020. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the myjio app showed that the recharge was successful. The net banking transaction id for the payment of rs.349 (399 plan - 50 voucher) is in attached doc. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it well in advance. Please resolve immediately.

            With due respect and humbly submission i beg to state that i am an inhabitants of town-sarthebari, dist-barpeta, pin no-781307, state - assam. I have been consume jio service since 5 months. But last 15 days we have been facing huge trouble due to lack of good 4 g network. If you compare the 4 g network of jio to other telecom company like aritel in our locality you will be seen that jio's 4 g network is too poor we are unable to see hotstar, jio tv etc due to lack of goo 4 g network of jio. I kindly request you to take necessary action about our problem we are not consuming jio's service in free.

              I have mobile No [protected] used on LYF phone under Jio Prime plan. On expiry of last plan I recharged with 101 Rs Plan valid up to 29 Jan 2020. Since I found the Data provided was insufficient I paid rs 153 for another plan on their website offering more data for 24 days. At the time of recharge mobile nmo is to be entered and Reliance Jio knows very well that it is being used on LYF phone. It proceeded to recharge my phone and accepted the payment and acknowledged the successful recharge by message. This was confirmed by 1991 that said the plan is queued and will be effective on 29 jan 2020 after expiry of current plan. I raised a mail with their customer care at [protected]@Jio who now say that this is only for JIo Phone users and I have to insert SIM in JIO Phone. Ie Now i buy a JIO Phone to use 153 Rs. So i requested a refund or conversion into another plan but the POOR COMPANY is in need of my 153 Rs to SURVIVE that it refused. No wonder JIo rakes in so much money by only fooling or looting people.

              I understand that you have recharged with Jio Phone plan on your smart phone.
              I see that you have recharge your number with Rs.153 plan which is exclusive for Jio Phone only.
              In your busy schedule, it might have escaped your attention to read the terms and conditions of the plan.
              I would like to inform you that Rs.153, Rs.99, Rs.49 or Jio Phone Long Term Plans Rs.594 or Rs.297 or Jio Phone all in one plans of Rs.185, Rs.155, Rs.125, Rs.75 are exclusive for Jio Phone only.
              I regret to inform you that as of now we do not have any provision to refund or transfer the recharge amount credited to the account.

                    I have recharged of Rs.399 on 18.01.2020 through google pay and same was shown as processed however it is not being activated on the number.

                    Unable to reach customer care executive to discuss the matter over call and through mail i was been informed that recharge is queued in my account and difficult the understand how to activate the queued recharge.

                    Got same revert over mail from jiocare and no such proper desk is there for customer complaint.

                    Please kindly look into the same

When I have call to customer care, he was convinced to improve jio networking for browsing, YouTube, online gaming etc will be improve its network speed. But till today not satisfy and not improve its browsing speed.

                        निवेदन है कि मै लक्ष्मी कुमार पुत्र रेवती रमन निवासी ताड़ी पोस्ट मऊ जिला चित्रकूट उ प्र का निवासी हूँ विगत कई माह से जियो टेलिकॉम का नं [protected] use कर रहा हूँ तथा आज तक कभी ऐसा नही हुआ कि इस नं की वैधता समाप्त हो गयी हो और उसके बाद रिचार्ज कराया गया हो उसी क्रम में दिनाक २५/१२/२०१९ को ₹५५५/- का रिचार्ज कराया गया जिसमे उपभोक्ता को ३००० मिनिट व १.५ G. B. DATA जियो से जियो फ्री का offer मिला लेकिन दिनाँक ०९/०१/२०२० से मेरे मोबाइल पर no network या no service दिखा रहा है जिसकी शिकायत मै जियो रिटेलेर से की तो वो का रहे है की ये जियो का नं है उसके बाद मै जियो कस्टोमेर care व helpline से की तो वो भी यही कह रहे है की ये जियो की सिम नही है
                        जो कि मै इसे अपने मोबाइल से तथा अपने बैंक खाते से रिचार्ज किया हूँ मेरे बैंक खाते से धनराशि ₹५५५/- काटी गयी जिसका प्रमाण है मेरे पास
                        १ जियो कंपनी से मेरे मोबाइल पर कई massage आये है जिसमे इस नं [protected] की पुष्टि करता है कि ये जियो का नं है
                        २ कई रिचार्ज की पुष्टि करने वाले massage है मेरे पास जो ये पुष्टि करता है की ये जियो का ही नं है।

                        महोदय
                        १- ये नं ६३०६०१३६५८ कई जगह कई महत्व् पूर्ण कार्यो मे लगा है जिससे मेरी क्षति आज तक मे लगभग ₹ ९०००/- तक की हो चुकी है जो लगातार जारी भी रह सकती है।
                        २ इस नं से प्रतिदिन मिलने वाली फ्री calling व १.५ GB डाटा का नुकसान जारी है।
                        ३ अन्य लेनदेन तथा बिजिनेस का भारी नुकसान जारी है ।
                        4 आधार कार्ड, व अन्य जगह ये नं लगा है यही मेरा main नं था।
                        ५ आज तक मैंने कोई आपत्तिजनक बात नही की जिसकी जाँच करा लिया जाए मै तैयार हूँ ।
                        ६ क्या मै कोई आतंकवादी, माओवादी, तस्कर, जाली नोट सप्लायर, हूँ यदि हाँ तो मुझे सजा दी जाए यदि नही तो मेरी सिम क्यों बंद की गयी है मै मानसिक, आर्थिक परेशांन हूँ इसका जिम्मेदार कौन है।

                        अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि उपभोक्ता को न्याय दिलाने का कष्ट करें।

                            jio sim replacement request

                            I have raise request for lost sim card replacement but i received messege regarding rejection of replacement request (See attached pic) so i have checked that with jio center agent but they are failed to tell exact reason of rejection also when i ask for refund (As per messege received from jio) authorised person from jio center)
                            Told me to complain where ever you want in arrogant manner and refuse to refund. As i need of that number...

                            Hello sir,
                            I just recharged online with a jiophone pack on the wrong number. I did it via jio's online recharge site on google. I made the payment using my debit card. I recharged with a rupees seventy five pack. Only after making the payment did i realize my mistake.
                            I have the transition id with me. I would be extremely grateful if the amount is refunded to my bank account so that i can proceed with the recharge and avail services.

                              I have recharged my jio number with an amount of 249 on 13th january as my plan was about to expire. My amount got deducted from my account but the recharge was not done neither did i get back my money. I’m trying to reach jio but their service is not properly organised when we call to that jio customer care number

                                I'm complaining about weak network connection in my village.in my village very tough to get network signal, we are climbing hills, trees to get network connection. Some times we are getting the signal outside of our homes that only 2g signals even that also not connecting properly, voice breaking, signal drops like this we are facing so much problem. If some one gone to hospital to neighbor city its very critical to get his status. So please its my humble request on behalf of my village members, please install the network in my village. Whatever support you required we will provide you. We want network installation

                                  Sir i had a wrong recharge done on my no [protected]. I want to get my money back so that i would recharge correctly. Please return my money asap it's urgent. As my money is hard earned money. I want to recharge with different plan instead of rs 599 plan which i have done on 12 jan 2020. So please return my recharge amount so that i can recharge accordingly with right plan asap.

                                    Hello there, I've been using Jio approx for 2years but I had no complaint about it. But from last week in our area at night internet speed is very slow. Even it takes time to browse a website. And also when there is a power cut in daytime as well as night we're not getting network signal and this time also we are facing so many problems. Please help us by boosting internet speed and signal also. And provide 24/7 network services. Thank you.

                                      Respected company employees, i would like to blend a complaint about the jio network bad connection in my locality. Sir kindly fixed this.. Kangpokpi, lungphou village 795129.. It's been more like a year when jio takes over other telecom services in my area.. For the past few months it's at its peak but when many customers come to use the jio. The company could not stabilized the amount of data for consumers.
