    I have done the payment for recharging my Jio phone number through Google Pay UPI. Rs. 329 money got deducted but recharge was not done.
    Could you please look into the issue and refund my money.

    My money is deducted from my account. They show me a confirmation recipient but plan is still not active..
    I am not getting mobile number portability code, i have sent message for porting and i have not yet got upc code .jio is not responsible
    [protected] this number no internet 4g speed at my home location rather then mobile network is very good please improve my location. 4 g network I complain 4 time but not problem not resolve other way I port my sim ..
    And 4g speet is very slow not according to 4g speed.

      On 31/12/2019 I have paid Rs 2020.00 (Rupees Two thousand twenty only) from my SBI saving account no [protected] (Transaction reference[protected] 1GAHTQJL09) towards prepaid JIO recharge to One97 Communication Ltd but recharge was not successful. The amount have already been deducted from my S/B account and not yet refunded. Tried to call customer care center various times but no one picks up the phone. Also the mail sent to e-mail address indicated in the web site gets bounced.

      May please look into the matter for refund of Rs 2020/- at the earliest.

        I have done my recharge on 1st jan 2020 of 189rs pack and even I got a confirmatory message but still I am not able to use my data pack and cant even make any calls so please make sure to resolve this issue as soon as possible

          Aaj mene apne mobile no. [protected] pe 155 ka recharge phonepay upi se kiya. Or mere a/c se amount bhi cut gaya jiska mujhe msg bhi aaya hai but abhi tak mere mobile no. [protected] par recharge nahi huaa hai or na amount mere a/c me wapas aai hai. Customer care pe bat ki unhone 3 hour ka kaha tha but 8 hour se jada ho gaya hai.

            I received a mail from consumercomplaints that my request is forwarded to relience jio infocomm and i will receive a call from them regarding same. But, i have not received any call or response from them.

            My complain was regarding a failed upi transaction in which an amount of rs.505 was deducted on 31/12/2019 at 3:32 p. M and is not refunded back till now. The amount went to [protected]@citibank. But both jio & citibank are not ignoring the fact.

            Please refund my money back. This is very unprofessional & unauthentic way of dealing with customers.

              I got jio fibre installed at my home on 13th december 2019. Initially, it was all fine and didn't notice the issue. When i noticed issue with slow speed (When i still have high-speed data available) and issue with tv set-top box (Whatever i do, it takes movies language to tamil or telugu). I am able to change the language on the phone. But it's not possible to change it on tv. I tried every possible way but no solution. Then i tried to contact customer support:
              1. First i tried via numbers provided for complaint:[protected], but it always goes blank. The phone get connected but no response from the other side. Although they have mentioned its 24x7 still i tried in working hours, but the same result. No connection. I tried from other numbers as well.
              2. Then i tried to check their website to chat with customer support, but there they have mentioned that live chat can be possible via the mobile app (My jio) only.
              3. I initiated live chat from app, initially chatbot suggested solutions, but with some possible ways, i found a way to connect with personal assistant. I waited for 1 hour but no one connected. This was on 23rd december 2019. I again visited their website and filled up email section on their contact us page. I wrote to them about my issue and sent emails and they mentioned anyone will get back in 24 hours. Today is 6th january 2020 and i haven't heard back on email.
              4.in the meantime, i tried on call and live chat but no luck. Their live chat is worst. When you initiate chat sometime there assistant comes after 2-3 hours, but you never get to know that support has replied on chat. They wait for 2 minutes and close the chat. It's not possible to be online when you don't know when they are going to connect. The same thing happened 5-6 times on chat.

                I had recharged with rs.399 plan through my jio app for my number -[protected].
                The payment wad done through rupay debit card, paytm payments bank ltd.
                The bank confirmed that the merchant received the payment but still my number was not recharged.
                I tried calling jio multiple times but they did not answer. I want my refund.

                Kindly look into the issue as soon as possible.

                  I was facing problems accessing youtube and complaint about it to the customer care, but they regard it as network traffic. But at same time access of netflix, what's app, etc was fine. So, used wehe app to confirm network throughout (Results are below). Please check yourself too with some up-to-date app (It's my connection output) in up east. It might be violating net neutrality terms.

                    Worst experience ever since i listened the new tariff plans of jio.
                    Starting 3 months free to new user was the 🍭 lollipop to attract people to join as many as possible.
                    That plan worked out very well and people got habitual to unlimited data and voice call, this was the reason behind that.
                    2nd reason was to destroy every other telecom companies like idea, airtel etc.
                    Now jio increased the amount of tariff and peoples have no choice to continue habit of internet.
                    I'm going to port my jio number to idea today and suggest you all guys to port yours as well.
                    Stay away from jio friends, it is injurious to health and wealth as well.

                      I have recharge my jio no.[protected] through credit card rs.199. But not receive recharge balance.
                      As i escalate the issue to jio customer care the replied that we unable to resolve wait for payment or make another recharge. This is not the way to talk.
                      I cant understand how is this possible. That my mobile number is of reliance jio i done the payment to reliance jio of rs. 199 for recharge and got sms from airtel that my recharge amount is not valid recharge for 248.
                      I have transaction id i made payment.
                      Whether it 199 or 2cr money has value. So, please resolve issue and give feedback on same no.

                        They need to be clear about their plans. What ever they have declared about their jio fixedline broadband it not clear. Before i thought we will get hotstar, voot etc will be free with the plan but i'm reality it is free only in jio stb not in other device.

                        They promised jio stb is free, but when you order, the order will be placed without any recharge but while delivering the delivery boy push you to recharge.

                        This is one such incedent. We got to know after taking the services. But before they are not clarifying anything. That's their business, to make fool of the customers.

                        Kindly escalate this to the company.

                          I have been following up with jo fiber services in delhi since 16th december 2019 to get services as promised for the hefty amount taken from me.

                          Before taking money 100 mbps speed was promised; after collecting money it became only up to 100 mbps that too on wired connection!!!. What i am getting, is hardly 20 mbps on wifi; that too within a radius of 2 meters or so… connectivity in the adjacent room in practically nil…. Naturally, 20 mbps and practically nil beyond 2 meter radius, obviously come within “up to 100 mbps” promised by jiofiber!!! ; so jiofiber service people are helpless in may case….

                          They have already collected rs 14, 521.84 from me and just closing all service requests without even bothering to attend.

                          Initially one service person came and told me that the router installed at my home is outdated and he will get it replaced in a day or two… after that there is no response at all.

                          I strongly recommend to all – *never go for jio fiber services*. They are only giving false promises. There is no customer care at all. You will only lose your money by subscribing their services.

                          Reliance and Jio Fiber has no system of customer care at all... It is only a mechanized system of organisation where there exist no human interaction at all. They are just keeping silent after pocketing 14500 rupees from me.

                            On 02.01.20 i recharge on my jio number[protected] rupees 555 but not recharged in my number, tid[protected]/e, ref[protected], please refund my money, i paid money with my debit card. I am waiting your response. When i recharged there shown if not recharged them money automatically returned within 48 working hours but till not money received. I am your customer please take action and refund my money

                              I am using the jio fiber from 27the august 2019 and i have paid a refundable caution deposit of rs.2500/- now, on 19.12.2019 i would like to surrender the jio router. Because they have not provided the modem for more than 5 months.

                              I regret to inform you that from19.12.2019 for more than last 13 days i am sending the mail & calls to customer service center they are simply delaying timing. But, no one has turned up for removing the router. I don't understand about the undue delay.

                                My jio fibernet connection is registered with the number +[protected], i have given a deactivation request on 15th december 2019. Initially they have given an appointment to collect the router and provide the refund, however it did not happen. I had again made complaints 3 times similarly. When i call the customer care, even after me talking to them politely, they just keep me on hold and don't allow me to talk to any supervisor.

                                This has been a repeated request and nearly 3 times because of their false schedule i have got loss of pay in my company where i am working. Jio still has not even called once to come and collect the router and provide refund as promised.

                                      I want to state that i m a jio user from haryana, hissar. I paid rs555 for recharge. Now, jio is not providing network speed all day... Few months spend by me but jio is not improving network. Please help me. And in my area jio network is so poor. And we are not satisfied with jio network. Jio network doesn't provide us 4g speed atleast it does't gives us 3g speed😅😂. So dear sir, please help us.🙏

                                        Myself rejitha from kerala. I was said to join as supervisor in reliance jio ltd company with production team in kerala. I got my offer letter on 25th december 2019. I am very sorry to say this, that i had a very bad experience with your recruitment procedures. I got the mail from hr reliance jio ltd on last december 2019 & i was very happy with the post offered by you. I had my telephonic interview with ms. Kavya singh from hr department & after successful completion of my interview she had explained me about my job role, duties & responsibilities. And then i was asked to pay an initial refundable security deposit of rs 3000/- & to contact one senior staff named mr. Pankaj yadav. Only after paying the security deposit i got my offer letter & i contacted mr. Pankaj yadav. He guided me to fill up the offer letter. This time i was asked to pay another rs.3550/- by mr pankaj yadav for my salary account opening & he was asking me for scanned copies of my acceptance letter, educational certificates, aadhar card, pan card, passport size photo & voter id. I had given all the relevant documents & paid 3550/-. The very next day i got a verification call from a lady for sending my courier (Having my uniform, shoes, passbook, atm card etc.). Till now i have paid a total of 6550/- to the company. And again this lady was asking me for 5000/- rupees more for sending my courier. As i am an unemployed housewife seeking for a job in your company, how can i pay this much amount (3000+3550+5000=11550). I had already paid 6550 rupees. So this time 5000 was a huge amount for me. I literally said the verification lady & to ms tanisha (She was the one contacting me from day one) very politely that i can't pay this much amount at this month end. After that they had reduced the amount to 3500 for sending courier, which was also hard for me to pay. I had tried calling hr kavya, talked to mr. Pankaj & ms. Tanisha several times. Actually i literally begged. Because it was not mentioned in my offer letter about all these amount. They have only mentioned about this initial refundable amount of rs 3000/- only. Atleast if they have mentioned me about all these payments at the starting itself, i may have arranged it. Anyhow i need to convince my parents to get the amount, because the situation was like only after paying this amount company will send me my courier. Then only i can join the firm. So for convincing my parents we have verified with our friends working with axis bank, whether the company have opened a salary account in my name. They have thoroughly checked details using my name aadhar & pan. & they said no account found on this particular name. Like every common people i also got scared & when we asked mr. Pankaj yadav regarding this he had used bad language & started shouting on my husband & disconnected the phone. Now i got completely scared & send him my unwillingness to this job & asked him to send my money back which i have already paid (Rs6550/-). Now as they're not replying to my messages i am completely blank. I really don't know whom i need to contact & how i will get my money back. Then we have collected reliance jio number from justdial & after calling them we got a clear picture that all these was fake. I said ms tanisha that if you are not refunding my amount back then i am going to move legally. But i really don't want to make things complicated. I have more than three years of experience in the field. I was a working woman before. This was the worst experience i ever had from such a reputed firm. I had never expected this kind of service from reliance jio ltd company. I have records like mails, watsup messages, all call recordings from day one, offer letter given by company, & contact numbers of staff who contacted me. Please do the needful. Looking forward for your reply. Below mentioned are the details of persons contacted me from the firm & also adding the account details of the person to whom i send the money through google pay.

                                        Again for the third time courier verification lady has asked me for 5000 rupees more to send my courier. That i refused to pay. This time they asked me to pay amount to this particular account mentioned below:-

                                        Account holder name munna kumar yadav
                                        Company account number :[protected]
                                        Ifsc code:fino0001057

                                        I really don't know whether i will get my amount back & i don't know what will they do with my documents. Kindly do the needful to refund my amount or atleast please take necessary actions against them. Please don't allow them to trap more unemployed innocent people.
