I had done mobile recharge on my jio no., on 6th december, 2019, at 22:10 worth ₹399. 2 times i had done the recharge via my jio app. The amount was deducted from my bank account, but the recharge did not reflect on my myjio account. On calling jiocare, i was told that i hadn't done any recharge, when in fact the amount got debited from my account.
Please resolve this matter as soon as possible.

    Jio recharge done for 129 through google pay you. Succes pop up message came. But plan not activated. Again done jio recharge after two hours with amazon pay upi for an amount of 399 with a 50 rs voucher. Same issue.. Not reflecting the recharge. Now two times recharge amount debited and service not given from jio. And i am unable to make calls or use mobile data.in critical situation it felt like a hell for using jio.
    Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Jio fibre recharge done for [protected] twice. Still not showing up in recharge history and plan not activated.

        I had recharged my jio number for the 399rs plan
        (With 50 rs voucher) on 5th of december 2019 by airtel payment bank and recharge was successful but i did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the myjio app is showed that the recharge was successful. Transaction i'd is[protected]

          I recharged with inr 444 and select the payment option of google pay and paid through it and even money has been deducted from my account and showed paid but it is not showing up in my recharge plan and not even in my recharge history and transaction history.

          I tried to contact on jio customer care but no one is giving any response there. I tried every method to get the information about my recharge whether it is online support or live chat and all other options which they are claiming for our service but all in vain.

          Now i have no other option rather than coming to this forum.

          Please help me for solving my problem.

            I had recharged my jio number [protected] for the 444rs plan
            (394 with 50 rs voucher) on 5th of december 2019 by google pay and recharge was successful but i did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the myjio app showed that the recharge was successful. The net banking transaction id for the payment of rs.394 (444 plan - 50 voucher) is[protected]. Please resolve immediately.

              I recharged my jio sim card by amazon pay upi. My money also deducted from my paytm payments bank account. I recharged for 409/- (50/- off as voucher). But i am not received any massage from jio and my plan also not shows in my jio app. The bank reference id is[protected]. I tried to contact jio many times. But i failed. Now what i do? Please help me.

                Today i have done recharge for 409rs through myjio app. I paid money through phonepe. It showed that money has been sent to [protected]@citibank account, but i didn't get the recharge. There is no new plan activated on my jio account in myjio app. I need the recharge.                   I recharged yesterday with the amount of rs. 444 as per jio's new all-in-one plan. The payment gateway application i used for the recharging procedure showed my payment was successful. But when i enquired on my jio application, it shows that i don't have any active plan. And even when i frequently try to contact them on their toll free customer care number, it isn't being connected. I am unable to use my communication services now due this issue. I hope i'll get solutions regarding this issue.

                  Within 2 mins of complaining, I got a confirmation sms from JIO, that they have got the request of recharge and it will activated soon. And it took several 2 mins to get the plan activated.

                      Sir, i had recharged of 399+10 plan = 409.. And i had applied 50 rs coupon and paid 359 which is a successful transaction but recharged plan is not showing on my jio app. I had done recharge through my jio app via google pay.. I am posting the screenshort of transaction id of my recharge.

                      If not recharged... Refund my ammount.

                              I have done recharge of 1776 today but only invoice was successful later i didn’t receive any message niether the customer care services are taking calls nor the live chat the amount debited from my account but there is still no notification of success nor app show any history of rechages

                                I have done 444 rs jio recharge plan from my jio app using google pay transaction and the amount has been deducted from my bank 394rs after redeeming the 50rs coupon but till now the plan not activated in my phone or my jio app what can i do

                                    I've recharged [protected] instead of [protected]
                                    From amazon pay balance with operator reference number [protected] in the evening i would like see if any refund is possible or atleast i would like to contact jio customer service executive directly over call. I requested amazon to correct the issue, they redirected the issue to jio but they are not at all helpful in anyway

                                      Jio has very bad network in lado sarai, south west delhi pincode-110030 even internet speed is very slow. We are paying 399 rs for calling and 4g data but not getting even 2g speed.
                                      Why to pay such a huge amount to them and also every time they are increasing the plan cost. Please take some action against it so that these problem gets sortout as soon as possible.
