I have rechrge my jio number of rs 369 rs on 5th of december. But jio claims that recharge failed "i want my money back to my account. My bank confirms that money have credited to jio bank account however why jio is not confirming it" i want my money back & with interest of that money too. Jio is using my money! If recharge is not done why jio not refunded my money by same day " why this all nonsense! Providing transaction id & utr code in attachment

I recharged my phone with 444 plan on 5 Dec 2019 through myjio app via phonepay and after applying voucher of myjio app it became 394 .This much money is sent to some jio acc but yet my plan not activated
I have recharged using myjio app on 5th dec 2019 and did a transaction using phone or which was successful but when I checked my plans it is not showing up and I also did not get any message from jio for my jio recharge. Please help me with this issue
I had recharge my jio number 3 time with plan 444rs ( using 50rs voucher, net = 394rs), out of 3, 2 recharges shown successful but not showing in my plan in my jio and also in recharge history. My jio number is [protected]
Money deducted from bank and it showing successful in amazon pay but I didn't got message from Jio yet. Please do the needful action.
I placed an order for Jio phone and money was deducted from my SBI Account but nothing was sent to my mobile as details. Perhaps my mobile was switched off and I didn't get any message regarding it later.

    On 5th December 2019 at 11.27pm i was doing a recharge of Rs. 444/- from My Jio Apps via Phonepay UPI through SBI Card. The amount debited but recharge not successful. For 3 days continuously i am trying to figure about the solution, but no one help me neither Jio nor Phonepay or SBI.
    Now on 6th October 2019 onwards the recharge amount increased by 40%.
    Please help me to get my recharge done or refund my money.

    My area network Coverage is very low internet connectivity is very dedicated slow because my area most people using that network slow many time internet activity is very slow I am compliant many time for Jio Customer care but still now not take action need solutions.

Debit money from my bank account transaction no id is- FV000006QQ5O, I visit nearest Jio point on Chandpara, north 24 pgs, pin 743245, but they not active my jio phone, They failure. Please refund my money. or please tell me how I get refund.

        Dear sir, in my location pin 829150, the network is very poor. Internet connectivity is very pathetic. Network and connectivity issues are deteriorating day by day. Consumers in my area are very annoyed with this issue. We do not want to continue reliance jio any more if this problem persists in the coming month. I again request you to solve this problem asap otherwise it will be too late.

        I have recharged my jio number from my jio app using amazon pay. Amazon pay transaction is successful. Money got deducted. but in my jio app, no techarge history is there. It is not showing in my plans also. No message for confirmation has been received.

          I recharged for rs 444 plan on jio app but today it is showing u have no plans
          I recharged on 6th december 2019
          I recharged it through phonepe app and it clearly shows on the app that the transaction has been successfully completed.
          The money rs 394 (Rs 50 voucher) is deducted but the myjio app doesn't show any traces of it and it is very difficult to reach jio care

          I recharged 149 rs internet pack for jio 4g . Recharge was successful but not activated from 2 days. Money is deducted. Nobody responds in live chat in jio app

            Respected sir/madam,
            The way recharge is shown on website, it appears that rs. 251 data voucher will give data of 102 gb for 51 days.
            After the recharge it showed that it is 2gb/day.
            This was no where mentioned on the website.
            Kindly refund my recharge or convert it into data so that it will be useful to me as already 599 plan is active.
            I hope you do accept the mistake on your website and do the needful.
            Am neither demanding en cashing my money nor am asking you to transfer it to any other account.

            I recharged jio with all in one plan of 444, money was deducted from gpay but no confirmation
            I have done recharge my mobile number of 444rs plan the money was deducted from bank account but till now the recharge was not updated in my jio app
            Made a recharge on my jio number for amt 369. Amount has been deducted but recharge not done by displaying error message. Please do let me know whether the recharge is successful or let me know when refund can be expected.

              I m using jio from long time but now a days it just gets exhausted all of a sudden earlier it used to show 50 %, 90%then100%as per the use of data but "now it directly shows used 100% of daily data without even using it, i m not getting daily 1.5 gb data as per my pack".. Adding with other issue sometimes it takes data use of previous day as uses of immediate next day (If i use 100%till thusday even at11:59pm close cellular network then on friday msg comes exhausted 100% data of friday... I mean how i didn't even on my cellular data of friday) this is totally consumer exploitation and can't be accepted, it need to be resolved.

                I have done 2 time 444 plan in my mobile number [protected] first recharge at around 6:30 pm and another recharge around 10:20 pm on 5th december, 2019. I applied 2 voucher for each 50 rs with the net amount being 394 2 time. The amount has been deducted from 2 time in my bank account. Second recharge time 10:20 pm showing in recharge history but the first recharge 6:30 pm is not showing under 'my recharge' & history section or my upcoming plan section.

                  I recarged my jio sim at 23:48 on 5th dec 2019 but hasn't received any confirmation yet. Amount got deducted from my account as well. Here's the transaction id - p1912052348469306179827. Every time i try to chat with jio customer care i get the same automated response and on call the call always get disconnected.

                  So either make the refund asap or confirm my recharge.

                    I have done my rs.399 jio recharge on 10 october 2019 successfully. As per jio official announcement iuc charges, (Non jio call rates) applicable to recharges done post 10 october 2019. But they applied me non jio call rate iuc charges. The same issue i have informed to jio customer care executive, jio care, jio grievance by mail, and even on jio official twitter customer care account.. I have given proof for the same as they requested but after that they didn't reply..

                      I have jio card which i use only for gmail and whatsapp. I do not download any videos or pics from whatsapp. But i'm getting notification every second day that i used my 50% data of 1.5gb per day. When i starting my data at 8am then how i could use my 50% data by chatting on whatsapp in 3 hrs. I am raising this complaint now as before 10 minutes i got this message from jio. I searched and found that so many consumers felt the same and complaining the same issue. Reliance is cheating in their every product. If jio is making loss then what we can do? Why you are charging call rate for other network? You said lifetime it will be free then now what happened? And we ever asked you to give us free services? Then why you given at free then now crying that you are in loss?

                        I have done a 399 + 10 recharge in my jio number [protected] at around 11:30 pm on 5th december, 2019. I applied a voucher of 50 rs with the net amount being 359. The amount has been deducted from my bank account. However, the recharge is not showing under 'my recharge' section or my upcoming plan section.
                        P. S i already have a working plan which is set to expire on 1st feb and another recharge plan of rs 444 which is yet upcoming.

                          Few points i noticed during jio connection
                          When i started using jio network speed and connection was very good, now a days network is poor not able to call to other mobile.
                          When i contacted customer care they are telling users are more so problem in network, then who is responsible for this! If it is more means need to improve the quality of the service?
                          Next is when we are in inside home or office same problem no network, for that also customer care telling we are working on this issue it will implement soon but not done yet!
                          And one more thing call drop!!!
                          If you are not providing service then on what basis increasing price, at-least trai or government should act on this otherwise normal people will suffer

                            I want to complaint against jio that on nov 26, 2019 at 1:46 pm, i initiated recharge of 444rs from my jio app and 50 rs was used from voucher and 394 rs was paid using amazon upi id. The money got deducted but jio denied having received money i have contacted npci and amazon pay and even my bank that the transaction was successful and the money was credited in jio's citibank account. The customer care is so pathetic of jio, they tell me to wait for 10 days. It's been 10 days and no refund came, neither the recharge came.

                                Jio recharge done for 129 through google pay you. Succes pop up message came. But plan not activated. Again done jio recharge after two hours with amazon pay upi for an amount of 399 with a 50 rs voucher. Same issue.. Not reflecting the recharge. Now two times recharge amount debited and service not given from jio. And i am unable to make calls or use mobile data.in critical situation it felt like a hell for using jio.

                                      I recharged with inr 444 and select the payment option of google pay and paid through it and even money has been deducted from my account and showed paid but it is not showing up in my recharge plan and not even in my recharge history and transaction history.

                                      I tried to contact on jio customer care but no one is giving any response there. I tried every method to get the information about my recharge whether it is online support or live chat and all other options which they are claiming for our service but all in vain.

                                      Now i have no other option rather than coming to this forum.

                                      Please help me for solving my problem.
