I booked a Jio AirFiber connection by paying ₹1000 as a booking amount and later ₹2143.52 during the KYC process, totaling ₹3143.52. After the KYC visit, an engineer visited my location and informed me that Jio AirFiber was not available at my address.
I declined the Jio Fiber alternative and requested a full refund. The engineer confirmed that the cancellation would be processed. Only ₹2143.52 was refunded; the ₹1000 booking amount is still pending.
Despite multiple calls to customer support, several service requests, and extensive email communications, I have not received a clear resolution. Each time, a new service request is raised, and I am asked to wait again with no result. I’ve had to explain the issue repeatedly to different agents without continuity or ownership of the case.
I was assured that the refund would be processed post-cancellation, which was done. Relevant LR numbers were also shared during the follow-up. Yet, the issue remains unresolved.
Relief Sought:
I am requesting the immediate refund of the remaining ₹1000 along with a proper explanation of the delay and mishandling of the case.
