Hi, I have taken Kotak wealth Insurance policy 02162934 for 1 Lac. And based on that i got a call from IRDA center explaining that the commission involved for above said policy, They suggested me that i could get this commission/bonus in place of Agent as for the company giving commission/bonus to any party is fine. To get the commission back they said that i have to purchase a new policy "Reliance Life insurance MONEY Multiplier Plan" (Client ID[protected], Contract No[protected] of rs 46935/- After 45days I will get that commission MONEY back and after that i could close this Reliance Plan. I waited for 45 days but nothing happened. I followed up many of times then they said it will take a year time.I seems like a get trapped .I have visited reliance office couple time to get my money back but nothing helped.This insurance policy is not a worthly policy, I have asked Reliance to switch my policy to different plan but they haven't agreed for this too. I think you should understand the fact that i was taken this policy with false promises. You should contact to the agent who has sale this policy to me . For now i remember one name : Subhra .
It is my hard earn money and i will not leave this money.
this is not yet resolved as i haven't received any money till yet ...Please help!!

          I have taken policy Money guarantee Plan in 2013 and paid two premium and the police number is 51045735. Today I have checked the Policy documents and I found that the Signature in the all where was tampered by Adviser. Everywhere signature was changed. I was shocked to see this. This is crime and forgery done by advisor.

            Reliance policies false commitment

            My client ID: 84035546 In Feb, 2012, I got a call from somebody from Reliance ([protected]- Mansi as she claimed her name to be) telling me about a Reliance policy with guaranteed14% returns even after surrendering the policy after 3 years. After a discussion, an executive came to my office address and explained how it gives assured return of 14% after end of 4th year if I surrender the policy after paying 3premium. Returns sounding good...

            Sir i am policy of rlife/ no51138666, sell by kavita deshmukh who him self present r life employe, after 30000rs this policy she said to me i declear by bonous on this my policy, but this is r life schime which few person selected buy them, they declear a bonous on this my policy, 254000rs butthis is when i take money, i asked by froad team when i take a new r life policy, then i received 254000rs by reliance life. Sir they misguide me and asked rs 70000, take polecy by reliance then i received my bonous and this my 70000rs new policy automatic cancelled, . They misguide me, i take a another policy no, 51157221 of rs 70000, but after take my new policy they not give my bonous or not cancelled my 30000rs or 70000rs policy, thet cheat me. They froad take with me, i many maill to r life. Or ther gro officer/ head custmer care/ igms/ irda, but they not cancelled my policy, sir i effected by froad by r/ life or ther employee of ther froad team. Sir i am poor person so please take action against reliance life or ther froad team / therir broker/ or froad team.               sir, i want to state that i have given an application dated 30.05.2014 that my cheque no. 817555 of PNB dated 30.08.2013 which was given for the premiumof my policy 13249409 was utilized to make a new policy 51169647, 30K and now from reliance office only, i get to know that my application is rejected, i am unknown about the new policy and not even get any policy document yet and not interested to continue it. please transfer the fund to my old policy 13249409. kindly continue my old policy 13249409 with the transferred fund.

                Dear Team, This is to bring to your notice irregularities/fraud committed by RLIC agents. I was cheated & sold policies by false promises. My father had taken policy from reliance & he passed away in January 2013, However due to absence of any documentary proofs in his records, I could not get his policy benefits to my mother Usha Sharma. However I did get call in the month of November 2013, that they are calling from reliance grievance team & promised me to help. The person who was interacting with me was Ms Tanvi Sharma (+[protected] & then it was Ms Shakshi Sharma who was dealing with me. Both of them asked me to send documents i.e. my PAN card, photograph, address proof & cheque for Rs 26000 & Rs 66000 to address in Delhi. They had promised that this would help facilitate the claim for policy my father has taken. I got surprised when I got two policies for Reliance Guaranteed Money back plan. I was strictly told by these agents to give wrong information over confirmation call from Reliance as that would impact the claim proceedings. This is clear case of cheating on their part. Moreover, I never signed the policy documents, it was forged signature. I would really appreciate if you can process cancellation of these policies & refund money for Rs 26000 & Rs 66000 i.e. total of Rs 92000 immediately. Please note :: 1. Please do not claim any ECS for my Citibank account, I am withdrawing any such instruction, it was given by forging my signature. 2. Please refund the money as soon as you can, failing which I would be forced to write to consumer complaints office & take legal course. 3. If you cannot proceed with my request, I would be forced to reach out to executive team of Reliance Insurance Company & would also reach out to IRDA. Let me know if you have any questions.                     sir/mam my father MR.jatashanker yadav insurance a policy of reliance by phone call the policy no. of that isurance is 51109820 which is of 80000 rupees and another is of 30000 policy no. of 30000 rs isurance is 5112033 . After some days i got a call from agent xxxx who said to me that i have a file of your policy no.above mentioned on which issued a loan of 800000 rs and you have to pay amount of 50000 then he ask for another amount of rs 75000 when i asked to him where my money is been invested he says to me in the accounts of Reliance Life Insurance which is holded by CAs of Reliance Life Insurance but then he took over 120000rs from me and says we increase your loan amount it is of 2800000 and your invested money is CAs account is return back to you and total amount you get of 3500000 and again he wanted 1, 60000 for noc should i gave the money. And please suggest me is there any paln of loan in Reliance Life Insurance or yhey are frauds and there were 3 agents talk to me and about 6 CAs. please reply me on my e mail is [protected]@gmail.com

                      I have been deceived by RLIC & its corporate agents, I have taken two policies on solo guidance of the advisor on the commitment of lucrative returns against the policies. 1. Interest free House loan of Rs. 5 Lac against the policy of 50K, & Return of Rs. 4.5 lac in 4 months against the policy of Rs. 1.3 Lac.
                      I have invested the sum of Rs. 1.8 Lac in RLIC but when I felt that advisor is giving false commitments, I had requested RLIC to cancel the policies & refund the premium paid amount to me. To my surprise RLIC was denied the request. I have tried to bring this matter into the notice of the CEO of RLIC, & Mr. Anil Ambani too but nothing came forth.
                      I am in deep trouble as I have taken personal loan & invested the amount in RLIC. I am compelled to pay the high interest rates for the personal loan I have taken, & lost money with RLIC.
                      this is very distrustful experience of services to me. I never have think, even dreamt after the deception of the advisor that no one is in RLIC to examine the genuineness, take decisions accordingly.
                      The responses of RLIC is completely unsolicited . Request for help in order to get my money back.

                          Respected Sir, I am Roy Zacharia from Madhya Pradesh I am working in a Private Company. My salary is very less and its very hard to fulfill the basic needs of my family. In my town Reliance Life Insurance organized a Program. They told that if couples come to the program and see their new insurance policies. I and my wife gone to the Program and there they introduce the programe Reliance Traditional Super InvestAssure Plan. They told me that we have to deposit three premiums only for three years then we dont have to pay anything. I agreed for the plan and i told that i will pay the money later but the agents came to my home and collected first premium of 15000 and gone. Later when i not got the document i gone to the Reliance office and the office staff told that they dont know about my policy as that program was organized by Indore Group, so they cant help me. Later i got the policy document and came to know that i have joined a policy which is only beneficial to the agent and i gone to the Reliance Life office and inquired about the policy and asked them to cancel it but they told that if i cancel it i will get only 20% of the deposited money because 80% money is allocation fee. I went to the agent, she told me that this policy is very good and her parents also had the same policy and told me that just pay the three premium and then i can get back the money in fourth year. I paid three premiums and then i gone to withdraw but again they told that i have to pay five premium so i paid fourth premium and now this october i have to pay fifth premium. Please help me to get back my money which i have deposited in Reliance Life.                             Reliance Life Insurance Company Limited Customer Executive was offer me Rs 2400000/ Loan with zero Interested against Policy mortgage of Reliaance Life Insurance Company Limited Super Money Back Plan. I was agree their terms and condition and paid Rs 59500/ amount and was purchase the said policy . After then Reliance Life Insurance Company Limited send me Policy Kit . The Policy Number is 1. 51579478 and File no D7415731, In this 51579478 and File no D7415731 the Kit I was received and found that the Customer Signature column it is not My Original Signature. Someone from Reliance Life Insurance Company Limited has misuse My Duplicate Signature I try to call several time to the Reliance Reliance customer care executive to cancel my policy but they are not responding to me. Date: 03/07/2014 I Submit Application to cancel my LIC policy No 51579478 to Reliance Life Insurance Company Office at Goregaon East Office. But they deny to cancel my Policy. Dated: 10/07/2014 received call message from Reliance Company the call and SMS was to pay now Rs 1371. as TDS Amount. the said amount they ask me to transfer to A/C no [protected] Name Pawan Kumar Sharma. Reliance Company Ask me to Pay the said not to inform to Police.

                              Sir, I am very sadly to inform you that i am policy holder of your
                              fund. My policy no is 17877573 and17875191 and client ID is 77183492
                              and 77277746 respectively. date of commencement 31.08.10.Next premium
                              deposited on 19.09.11.Therefor i am not deposited my premium for the
                              year 2012, 2013.In this situation on dated 03.01.14 your kolkata
                              office executive caught to me over telephone and convinced to me for
                              depositing my premium and he also committed to me to continue my
                              policy after depositing the due premium. In this situation i agreed

                                This is to inform you that I have got a call from the processing department of Reliance Life Insurance company, Chowringhee Office, Kolkata . I was told that I had taken an Insurance Policy No ****1069 (they didnt inform the first four digits) from Reliance in my name on 17/3/2006, which was lapsed for for only first premium being paid. However, I could not get any such Policy with me . The person told me that the maturity amount of Rs.58572/- can be recovered if I take another policy for Rs.30000/- . Please inform if it's true and I can recover the amount if at all the policy has been issued. RAJIV CHOUDHARY

                                  Hello, I have taken RLI Invest Assure Policy, around 5 years back. I paid premium for 3 years. Now policy is lapsed. I am getting frequent calls from the Reliance Delhi office, saying that company have given me a bonus, but it will go to agent if I don't deactivate the agent code. And they said, for deactivating agent code, I'll have to purchase another policy or I'll have to post the documents to Delhi office. Then only they can deactivate...

                                    We all know about the tower fraud so I also thought that reliance life insurance was not guilty and it comes to me to their executive vinayak, vinayak then ask for more 20k rupees but when i asked them to mail the same they never did a mail also when i asked them to give me the number of advisor and details they do not share the same, the fraud is from many days but RLI people will never ask the customer about the tower and also they never put t in the policey that this is not for tower purposes whcih absoloutely show the reliance insurance fraudulent in insurance we
