I have taken a Golden Years Plan Regular Premium for 10 Years Term commencing from 22.11.07 . Contract Policy The Policy is in my name -- N.N.RAGHAVACHARI and nominee is my wife Mrs.R.USHA . Number 11135355 and client Number 02491881 . Annual Premium is Rs.25, 000/=. I remitted my annual premium regularly up to November '2011 . Totally I paid 5 premium from 11/07 t0 11/2011 -- Rs.1, 25, 000 /= Since I have retired I could not continue further. Hence I contacted them ( Nitya ) re: surrender and they said "YES" and said my Growth amount Comes to Rs.1, 56, 677 as on Oct'12 . Due to health reason I am not able to go to your Office.     Respected Sir/madam, My name is Sayed Sharif .sap code : 70172107 Fort branch .Reporting manager Ajay Wagh. I have not yet received my salary of January 2014 . I have the print out of slip for that month. When ask the HR Dept concern person ( Arundathy Bharadwaj )She said your salary is on hold You will received only after exit formality N with F&F. When visiting our HO twice or thrice finally I got a mail stating that your F&F With salary will be processed by 15the march. Now today when I spoke to her (18/3/2014) She said we have done with your F& F n the amount is 1650/- ( One thousand six hundred fifty only). If this is F&F Then where is my salary, I have worked for the whole month n company has not given any Prior notice I was jobless again struggling for a new job now, what to do ? I don't understand.Is this justice with the Employee Who is working with the company since march 2013. Need your support n guideline n justice. Waiting for your + reply.       Please be informed that I was having one Policy named SBI Life - Shubh Nivesh Whole Life Plan 01-Policy # [protected] and last premium paid on Dated 01-Feb-2013 and payment mode was Half Yearly of Rs.15, 000.

      Everything was going well but in the month of July-13 I have received one call from Rohan Malhotra – [protected] and he has introduced that he is calling from Reliance Life Insurance Company who has informed that your policy benefits are not good. So you have to do the Fund management, otherwise it will be lapsed.He has told me for purchase fresh policy from reliance and amount of SBI LIFE will be returned in your account with addition of bonus till 30th Sep 2013. So, I have purchased a fresh Policy #[protected]Client ID#[protected] from Reliance Life Insurance company on 09th July '13 for yearly premium of Rs. 30, 000/-.Policy has issued as per communicated terms & conditions.

      I have received a call from Reliance Life Insurance Company - caller name was Rohan Malhotra - [protected]. His details are mentioned below.

      Advisor Contact No. = [protected]
      SM Code = R19452

      After one month he has confirmed me that Reliance company has declared some bonuses/fund management on the said policy for availing this offer I have to purchase one more policy.So again I have purchase one policy for Rs. 35, 000/-. For this communication I have issued a cheque of Rs. 35, 000/- & second Policy#[protected]Client ID#[protected] has issued on 23rd August'13. Now in the month of Sep-13 again he has called and told me that total amount of approx.. 2.92lacs has been declared from IRDA for Fund Management. For this you have to purchase one more policy of Rs. 20, 000 then I have taken one more policy from Reliance Policy#[protected]Client ID#[protected]has issued on 27th September'13.

      For the Fund management I have also received the call from Mr.Vikash Mobile#[protected] & Mr.Aman Mobile#[protected]. They were calling and told me that he from ITR & IRDA deptt. So I have believed on them only because to save the money.Address informed by them for insurance verification department is given below:-

      After that I have received a call from Reliance verification department that your investment amount is less to avail the said bonuses then I have contact to Rohan & he has confirmed that bonus amount is high that's why you have to investment some more amount than I have again given him Rs. 40, 000/- cheque & then Reliance has issued me new policy from BIRLS SUN LIFE. Details are given below:-

      Rs.20, 000 Proposal#109N079V01 Policy#[protected]' Dt:-10-Dec-13 Cheque#000006, HDFC BANK

      After some time I have again received a call from Reliance verification department that my bonus cheque of Rs. 2, 92, 000/- is ready but still my investment amount is less to avail this offer then I have contact again to Rohan & he has again give me assurance that your bonus amount will credited with in 5-6 working days but you have to investment some more amount to avail the bonus amount.

      Rohan has confirmed me that I will get the amount in January '14 month & he will cancel all the policies after getting the bonus amount. In January'14 month I have contact him then he tell me that you have to give some ITR code for this I have to pay approx. 42 thousand but this time I have denied to pay anything & I told him to cancel my all policies. But he told me that he will deposit the fees for Rs. 42 thousand from on pocket for ITR code & give me payment slip for this then I have to pay this amount to him & he has given me assurance than amount will credited in before end of Jan'14 month.
      But this time I have checked with my friends & made a call to customer care then I knew that my SBI policy has been lapsed if I am not pay my due premium & they can't refund me any amount.. From Feb’13 to till date I have giving him regular calls but he is not picking my calls. I am very upset because I have kept some amount on interest & paying the interest amount also regularly. This has already been communicated by me to Rohan. After that he has given me regular assurance that I will get all bonus& premium amount very shortly.

      Now I have received a call of Vivek from Mobile#[protected] on 02nd Feb’14. As he confirmed, he was calling from IRDA verification department and confirmed that my bonus cheque is ready & he has given me cheque no 0022146, Amt 3, 16, 000/-. But to avail this cheque I have to pay service tax on total amount which is Rs. 22, 500/-. He has given me five mobile # [protected] (Rs.2, 250), [protected] (Rs.5, 000), [protected] (Rs.5, 000), [protected] (Rs.5, 000) & [protected] (Rs.5, 000) for paying the service tax amount thru Airtel Money transfer service. But I have not made the payment of Rs.22, 500/-. SMS has received from the Mobile#[protected].

      I would like to inform you that some fraud team is activated in Delhi. They are selling insurance policies & taking the amount from customer in wrong way. Following incident has happened with me &I have faced lots of problem due to this from last 7-8 months. Request your kind support in my matter & need your help to catch this group. Problem has stated from here.I think they all are one team members & they are doing wrong commitments with customer & doing fraud with customers.

      Request you to please please catch to Rohan & Vivek take the strong action against both of them. I want all my money back because they are doing fraud with customers. This is my humble request to you. This is the reference of Mr. Vinay Kumar Suryan # [protected]who has taken his money back from IRDA. Please request you to do the very needful and return my money from Reliance Life Insurance company. I have also taken the loan for pay the amount of these policies. I am salaries person and unable to manage if these amount will not refunded.

      Hope you can understand and will do the very needful. I am eagerly waiting for your prompt reply.

        I had applied for Insurance Plan vide cheque No 355690 of IOB Bank Noida. I amount was debited on 19.02.2014.I received a call from Reliance Life Insurance that my application has been rejected. I have not got the refund of tha amount till date.

          Hi Sir,

          I have been receiving calls from a few people over the last couple of months saying they are from Insurance Solution Department Delhi, and that i have not been getting my bonus on the policy, it is instead going to agent because of ARC code.

          He advises me to take a policy of 3 months and 11 days. All this sounds like a big fraud. When i ask him for his employee ID no., he gets angry and keeps the phone down.

          I hope people dont fall for such traps.

                Dear Sir/ Madam, I have surrendered my policy in free look time because Relence life insurance agent is cheater. He changed my original policy form and he submitted other form and made duplicat signature. An amount of Rs. 1687 /- has been debited from my policy account for RELENCE LIFE INSURANCE . I have Paid 50200/- . There is no default from my side. Default is from your side (by the agent for RELENCE LIFE INSURANCE). Please sole my problem.                   Through this forum i want to register my complain against reliance Life insurance agent ( India infoline insurance brokers ltd, Rajiv Mehra, Agent Code[protected] & reliance Life insurance team who has cheated my father, my Father Mr. S C Jain has cheated by reliance agent who has sold five policies "Reliance LIFE insurance money multiplier plan" to my father...at the time of selling this plan he has told my father that he has to give single premium for all policies ( Policies No:[protected], 19822607, 19452867, 19332641,[protected] & taken signature on the policy documents but when father got the policy it was written that he has to give premium regularly for 10 years ( yearly Rs. 230590.00 ) instead of paying single premium besides this promised my father for Settle all the existing policies of my father with 100 percent money back...my father has contacted to reliance agent (Rajiv mehra, MOB no[protected],[protected] he has told that wrong policy has been issued by mistake and he will correct the policy term year...my father has continuously follow up with the agent but he has told that it is in process & will be rectified soon...but when my father has contacted reliance customer care to know the status then no action has taken to policies...then my father has written letter to Reliance life insurance company several times for cancellation of Policy ...then we did not got any reply from company and when we visited the branch they told me that since your freelook period of 15 days has been passed so we are unable to comply with your request...then my father keeps on writing letter to the company ...my father has told that he is not in a position to give yearly RS "230590.00"...after that he did not get any reply from the company after writing many letters...now we have no other option except going to consumer forum or court...since they have cheated my father ...can anybody help my father to get back his money...

                    I am Mr. Raghu Kumar (younger son ) & Kumar Vibhuti (elder son, existing Nominee) as legal heir of policy holder smt. Priyambda Choudhary. After sad demise of my father late Sri Narayan Choudhary on 30.10.2012, We communicated to Reliance life insurance customer care about fraudulent issuance of life insurance policy No. 18775657 under Reliance whole life plan product in the name of our mother Smt. Priyambda Choudhary with following facts:-

                    1.Mismatch of Date of Birth as per govt. record (Voter ID), which is differed in proposal form as[protected] & in premium quotation as[protected].

                    2. Proof of Date of birth held in your record as VOTER ID issued dated 22.03.1995 as per original copy age as on 01.01.1995 is 47 years thus date of birth appears as 01.01.1948.

                    3. Proof of Date of birth held in your record as VOTER ID issued dated 22.03.1995 as per Xerox copy tempered the age column as on 01.01.1995 is 33 years thus date of birth appears as 01.01.1962(Tempering intentionally original records of govt. without legal rights & approval is crime & fraudulent action for personal benefits).

                    4.As per proposal form in column No. 1, Nature of duties /Job description as Retail shop owner & source of funds/Income as Business, which is false description, please note that my father was Advocate & mother is housewife, No ancestors of ours were involved in retail shop

                    As per policy booklet described Terms & conditions under column

                    3.Payment of benefit :The company will not pay any benefits under this policy until the company 's requirement have been met to company's satisfaction . the company will seek submission of proof of age of life assured if his or her age is not already admitted in records of company.

                    If company keep wrong records of date of birth[protected] of tempered age proof Voter Id by company Agent, how policy holder/claimant will settle the claim ?


                    Under the observation of above facts it appears that Reliance life insurance company has done mis-selling of life insurance product with the help of his Agent Mr. Arvind Kumar Chourasia, Agent Code[protected], & intentionally modified facts as per his interest for policy issuance & personal gain .

                    We can not continue with the company where these types of miss-selling/fraudulent activity is being done, thus kindly requests you to cancel policy No. 18775657 in the name of PRIYAMBDA CHOUDHARY & return the premium paid in 2011 as Rs.29053/- & in 2012 as Rs.29053/-, thus total amount of Rs.58106/- with interest without further delay .

But for his Selfish motive on Promotion he made rong information provide me.

Mr. Dharmesh Chokshi was Informed us do not withdraw complete investment policy and informed to wait upto Apirl 2013 with full interest on our investment but till date. We have not heard anything from Mr. Dharmesh Chokshi not from company in writing.


                      After Maturity of Investment, It is mandatory of the compney inform policy withdrawal information.

                        I Dnyanesh Hemraj Attarde has purchased policy in my spouse name Jayashri Attarde ( Reliance life Insurance Guranteed Money Back Plan, Policy No[protected] & Policy No[protected] in my own name) at the time of purchase of policy we were commited of approval of loan amount of 10 times of yearly premium without interest with in 45-60 days of policy purchase and company will sign bond with us that all the benefits of policy will go to company against the loan after matuarity.(returns would be about 135 % at matuarity as conveyed by them). Now already 11 months has passed out and we have not received any documents of loan, also the advisor posing as Reliance employee in contactable.now as on date the free lock period is over & found we are victim of cheating & fraud. Now We are not in position to continue with policy, as we will not be able to pay so heavy premiums, & hence cannot continue with the policy.Also treating this as special case request you to refund my premium amount.The policy was purchased was for sole intention to get the loan . Also I could find other victims like me on web with same case as mine & also same contact numbers.                           I am Hem Chandra Joshi, I have taken two insurance policies from RLIC in sole guidance of the RLIC advisor on the following terms: Policy No. 50182699: Advisor had confirmed an interest free housing loan of Rs. 5 lac against the said policy, & asked that loan amount would be recovered annually in 10 equal installments of Rs. 50K in next 10 years. I have raised the issue to the advisor on receipt Policy documents from RLIC, the advisor has asked me to courier the original policy documents to RLIC, Above Maruti Showroom, 1st Floor, Krishna Complex, Opp. City Power House, Jaipur Road, Ajmer-305001, addressed to Mr. Sumit Yadab (Mobile No. [protected]), according to him they are in process of releasing the cheque of Rs. 5Lac against the said policy for his original documents are required. I was in regular follow with the advisor for about 2-3 months, & he was assuring me the needful is getting done. The advisor had committed for disbursal of loan amount within 45 days of commencement of policy. Now, even after the period of one year, & I haven’t received anything from the company. Policy No. 50265409: This Policy was taken on the words of the same advisor that you will get the return of Rs. 4.5 Lac within in next four months against the investment of Rs. 1.3 Lac. but till date I haven't received any amount from RLIC against this investment. Phone nos of the agent are[protected]/6400672 I have taken the policy due to my cognizant requirements. I have arranged the Funds from my banker in form of personal loan, for which I am forced to pay higher interest rates. Now, I am feeling deception with me, & facing heavy financial loses. I request you to help me in recovering my investments/funds please. The grievances are already reported to RLIC but they don't have taken any suitable actions against these cases. The response of RLIC is also not satisfactory, the have not investigated the matter, otherwise the evident's given to them could have been examined, & any disciplinary action would have been initiated by RLIC against the Advisor.                           Would you please let me know that what disciplinary actions RLIC has/had taken against the broker & the RLIC people involved in such misleading. I have gone through your response, Could you please help me to know my interest in the whole episode expect of losing my hard earned penny.

                          The approach of RLIC in such matters is ridiculous. I will take the help of the regularities & court in this matter.
                          Could you pls. let me know that what disciplinary actions RLIC has/had taken against the Broker. They people are making fool to the common people & RLIC is helping them to mislead the people because RLIC is weak in taking the strict actions against their broker. I can not afford to people to loose their hard earned money to the companies like RLIC & their brokers which do not have the good practices of handling the scams.

                          I will take up this matter with the regularity Authorities & the court until the final resolution.

                            Imy self shailesh I open my policy(Reliance Health+Wealth plan) market base policy no[protected] on[protected] ., I paid yearly primium-50, 000 till 5 years.(2, 50, 000) i surrender my policy on 28-11-13. when i open that policy the nav was at 11.02 and at 28-11-13 the nav was 11.6
                            They transfer money only(1, 55, 961) in my bank.after that they says your balance 50, 000 hasbeen transfer another A/C so it will take 10 days to get processed.
                            so let me know that what amount i should get and what should i do.pls.help

                                We received multiple calls from a guy called MUKESH SHARMA -[protected]
                                2. nisha jain- [protected] claiming themselves to be from RLIANCE LIFE INSURANCE offering scheme of RELIANCE MONEY MULTIPLIER.
                                What we are being offered is LOAN AGAINST INSURANCE. Scheme happens to be providing loan against buying the insurance of Rs. 1 lakh premium and providing loan of 10 lakhs without any collaterals.
                                However after proper research, it is realised that it is all fraud and no such scheme as such exists.
                                Also we got to realise that it is all exising from 2012 and is continuing till date.

                                    Hello, I have a reliance policy (policy no :[protected] I have an issue with this as below: I was already having policy (policy no:19797428, for 5 years) and I was not satisfied with the same. Then, I got a call from an agent who was telling me that she is calling me from Reliance head office and she has another good policy. I told her about my previous experience and she told me that she will cancel my policy[protected] and add this new policy[protected] for 5 year term. I agreed for that. her name was Kashish (as she told) and agent name is "Net Ambit Insurence Broking India Limited" My Issue is : The previous policy never got cancelled. New policy was not for 5 years instead it is for 10 years. I called her many times to confirm these things but she never took up my call.
