[Resolved]  Reliance Life Insurance — Claim settlement

Myself Bhabani Prasad Chakraborty from Tamluk, Purba Medinipur, West Bengal had purchased a policy on 11/09/2010, policy No[protected], ULIP Policy, Reliance Super Advantage Rs. 30, 000/- per anum for 10 years which was selling to me by misguide . As I was not continuing my policy only one (1) premium amount was given, my policy has lapsed . On January, 2022 one of executive from Kolkata Reliance Life Insurance Mr. Ardhendu Pal, contact no-[protected], and from office no-[protected] has told me now the amount is Rs. 71, 750/- which has to claimed settled to tour bank account with in 45 days. But one new policy has to be purchased which are tie up with reliance. I agreed and buy Future Generali Policy with premium amount Rs. 22500/- on 28/01/2023 . But yesterday one of accounts executive named Sneha Bose told me Rs.20, 000/- have to pay as medical rider in which Rs. 770/- will be deducted as allocation charge and rest Amount Rs. 19230/-will be refunded along with Rs. 71, 750/- with in march. Now I am unable to pay the amount and also they have not discussed with me previously also hide the information to me. Kindly give me the justice and resolve the problem as urgently, it's my heartily request
