Hi Reliance Team,

I have purchase two policies one with my Name (Ashutosh Yadav[protected] and other with my brother name (Anshuman Yadav[protected]. But after paying first premium due to some family and personal issue I was unable to pay the rest of premium of my brother policy, I thought after some time my conditions will be better but it gone worst day by day. I am chasing reliance to resolve this issue from past 2 years.

Current situatuation is that I can afford only one policy that is running with my Name (Ashutosh Yadav[protected] I can not afford the second policy that is on my brother name (Anshuman Yadav[protected].

I request you to please close this policy and refund my amount .

I contacted the near branch in my home-town but they said you will get no refund. Since this was my hard earn money, please understand we belongs to lower middle class and this amount is a bigger amount for us.

    Hi,

    My parents taken plan June 2012 to June 2022 for cashback flow plan. It is matured on 27th June 2022. As mentioned in policy Rs.65000 + 22500 (survivor benefits). Only amount of 45, 000 is credited as maturity amount. We didn't get any amount as paid during policy terms and survivor benefits. Please look into the issue.

        I tool car insurance from Reliance Insurance in 2020
        every year Insurance was to be Renewed on July 25

        Last year I renewed my insurance from Reliance only on July 10, 15 days before the end date, still I used to get almost 6-7 calls daily in the month of July to renew my insurance, even though I mentioned several times that I had already renewed my insurance from Reliance only, still they me daily

        Because of those spam calls last year, I didn't want to renew my car insurance with Reliance this year, This year, every day since June 3rd week I get almost 8-10 calls to renew my car insurance
        I repeatedly kept telling I already renewed my insurance and I don't want to renew it with Reliance BCS of the reason I mentioned above. still they call me daily.

        Below are few numbers I get calls daily from, I blocked them, added my Number to DND, still no results.

          I have made payment for policy worth rs 50k on 30 April 2022 to purchase Reliance Nippon Life insurance but with policy no. TR997166. But there is no such policy exists with given policy number on its website. I am unable to fetch any of my policy details.

            Dear team
            This is a concern i am raising as i have not received any update on my concern that i posted through paytm site. On 15 april 15 i have paid my electricity
            Bill (Kseb) via paytm. Along with that i got an insurance which i do not want. I am extremely dissatisfied by the way that insurance was packaged with my request for kseb bill payment. Could you please refund the amount deducted for insurance to me after cancelling the insurance

              Premium has been completed on 2013 and Deserved Bonus, I claimed the same account details already forwarded and dually signed the paper on Jan 2022. Still I didnt receive the Amount...

              I have one more plan with Reliance, Plenty of times followed with Vatadagara branch staffs, but they are not either picking my telephone or reply any message..

              Please Do needful to avail the amount, as early as possible.

                As a consumer, I had purchased the insurance from reliance insurance policy number is[protected] maturity date was 9/12/2021.
                I have met the agent and manger jeet valdiya multiple times after 9/12/2021 till today's date 11/04/2022. Office address:- Reliance Nippon maldar tower, semalgair bazar, above SBI bank pithorgarh uttarakhand Pin code:- 262501.
                regarding my claim but all my effort went into vein and the act on your part has caused me great loss and damage besides mental tension, trauma and inconvenience and loss of value of money for more than 4 ( four ) months, also the actual amount of investment was ₹ 7, 56, 127 but Jeet valdiya (manager) had invested ₹6, 00, 000 only, rest amout of ₹ 47, 291 is missing.

                We need a complete recovery amount with the interest amount as per the insurance policy we took. Or we will be legally putting a case on your company for ignoring this mail and not taking this subject seriously as we think you employees is in serious scam racket

                Hope reliance will take action on Jeet valdiya as soon as possible.

                  My policy no is 54021616.i have mailed reliance 20 days back for deactivation of ecs. But there is no reply from their side. Again I m getting msg for deduction of ecs. Highly disappointing behaviour. Expecting much more from reliance.

                              As I have come to realize, these policies are issued to me by the NIF executive, Mr. Ashish, on the basis of fraud commitment.

                              After constant efforts and a lot of follow-ups, I was not given single benefits which were committed to me.

                                I have purchased one policy from reliance nippon life insurance on 8th august 2021 policy number 53976446 . I have requested my agent Mr.Amit to cancel the policy on 16th aug through whatsapp andstating the policy premium amount as i was not having policy number that time as i had met with a accident and in need of that amount and will not be able to continue the policy, screen shot attached for your reference . Mr. amit informed me that he had informed his team to cancel the policy and the amount will be refunded with in 30 days . After so many followups i did not got my refund and after that i mailed to customer care on 01.10.2021 regarding the status of my policy as i was not getting any resolution from Mr.Amit . The customer care informed me over mail that the policy copy has been delivered to my address on 30 aug 2021 through speedpost and you cannot cancel the policy as it is beyond lookup period. Firstly i did not receive any policy copy as i was not available at that address then how they have delivered my policy copy and to whome the policy copy has been delivered which is at house no k-34 durga colony Roorkee 247667 uttarakhand and i am doing job in pune and that address is also updated at company end but company did not sent the speedpost to my pune address.Secondly when i have requested my agent Mr amit to cancel the policy on 16th aug 2021 then why they had not cancelled my policy . Request you to kindly interfare in this issue and help me getting my amount back as it is already been more that 2 months i have been following up with company customer care as well as executive Mr.Amit but neither i am getting my amount back neither i am getting any resolution . Company is simple writing a mail stating that policy cannot be cancelled as it is beyond lookup period in every reply .There are so many reference number i have received from so many customer care executive but getting same mail reply . I have mailed to the company greviance officer on 26.10.2021 but i did not got any reply from there as well .i have call recording with Mr.amit where he has accepted that i have informed him regarding the cancellation of the policy on 16 th aug 2021. I am tired of calling there executive and sending mail to company .

                                  Myself Girish Damodar Shinde, Age 33. Bought Reliance Nippon Policy Life Insurance Plan Policy no 54006753 on October 20 2021.

                                  I was promised by an agent over call name Manoj Kumar no (Mob- [protected])having IMF code 22521218 with wrong details saying 1225000 INR will be on maturity however on receiving the Policy yesterday on 24th OCT it was found to be mere 607859 INR.

                                  This agent is sweet talk till you buy then not co-operative at all after paying the amount. I want my money refund and go for cancellation within 15days as per the Policy rule.

                                  None of the criteria are matching my requirments as expected. Details of Agent in the Policy are also not reachable.
                                  Agent luring in the name of Bonus in Diwali and reducing amount by 20 percent on some approval then giving fake promises about cash back returns and get hurriedly policy document payment done.

                                  When did verification I was forced to do as it is. Kindly go for cancellation of this Policy and register a complaint against this Agent both details are attached.

                                    This Complaint is regarding to the Reliance Nippon Guranteed money back plan purchased from fraud employee from company

                                    Sameer Malhotra is the Agent name and number is- [protected]

                                    Agent communicated in April, 2021 that if I invest Rs 50000 PA in this Gurantee Money back policy, after surrender by the end of 4 years I would get sum of Rs 3, 05, 000/- . He also told that if I pay the entire premium Rs 50, 000 through credit Card, company will reimbursed the Interest portion, but reimbursement never received.

                                    Again I got a call from him in July, 2021 and said that there is an offer in the Covid Lockdown period and assured me that on paying Rs. 100 000 and the same will be managed in existing policy and I would not be paid for 3 year on existing policy and get a return of Rs. 3, 05, 000.
                                    But later on I got a message from RNLife that a new policy has been started on my name Policy No. 539625**.
                                    I called him then he said that he will merge policies and will get merge document after 3 months, but I am trying to reach on his phone. It has been switched off since the last 3 months.
                                    So I called to Reliance Nippon Customer care, Customer care and after checking with the Reliance customer care it was found that there is no such scheme available and no expected return will be received on surrender after 4 years and another policy can't not be merged in first one. And I would have to continue both polices for getting return.

                                    It is a simple case of Mis -selling, mis-representation, Rebating & Fraud.

                                    I requested Reliance Nippon to take an action against this Fraud Employees and return my money but entire customer care team indirectly supporting his employees.

                                    One of the another employee(Rohit Sharma-[protected]) again called me and assuring me that He will provide me the document of the merge policies but before that he said that I need to sent no objection email regarding the policies to the company. I didn't do that.
