Reliance Mart — Amount debited in my Mobikwik wallet but not received by Reliance Mart

I made a purchase of Rs.424.31 on 01.11.21 at Reliance Mart at City Centre, Gwalior which was immediately debited in my Mobikwik wallet but told me that it is not received by them and the attending person asked me to make another payment. The counter person although lodged a complaint on Mobikwik on same day. Till today, I have not received this amount back in my wallet or any communication from your office regarding payment of this amount.

Please check and advise me in the matter immediately.
