Reliance Mart — Amount deducted twice but not getting refund for that Complaint twice to owner

I have paid the amount (Rs 214.88) on 6th Augusing Paytm to reliance mart twice as they said they have not received but when I checked the bank account it was deducted successfully twice

The Reliance Smart bazaar is located at Plot No 03, Aditya Mall, Aditya Mega City, Vaibhav Khand, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201201.

I have shown the screenshot of the double payment but they did not take any action they said it will refund in 15 days they did not give me anything as acknowledgment. I ask multiple times but they said the same thing.

Can you please help me to get my refund back?
