Description: JIOMART like other online platforms has come out with HOLI Celebration offer, i choose JIO MART as JIO was offering 10% cashback on ICICI Debit Card. I have ordered grocery items totally ~Rs. 2500. Next day when all platforms withdraw its discount, JIO has cancelled my order stating technical issue, which i believe is a shear lie and a deplorable practice. I understand this is just to attract customers showing hovering benefits and then conveniently cancel the order. Its not JIO's loss but of client and other credible platforms from which client would have ordered.
Desirable Solution: Deliver the products on the terms decided or compensation of time, effort harassment. Was this information helpful? |
