Today morning (2nd Jan 2022) I have purchased grocery items of Rs 5431.85 from Smart Point store of Jajpur Road, Dala By Pass, Plot No 890, Odisha, 755019. After coming home found that one item, one Hazmola glass bottle (Cost 44 rupees only), broken from middle. On the same day at evening I again went to the store outlet to replace that bottle as I was sure of the fact that the broken bottle was taken by me from the store mistakenly. As I am a regular customer of reliance ( different outlets) so I was quite sure that this small issue would be solved easily. But unfortunately the store manager (name not known) behavior was so rude that he claimed After seeing 2to 3 Sec CC TV footage that we have taken the bottle after through checking and gave his opinion that the bottle was broken outside.
I am a regular customer of reliance and as an employee of Tata group never witnessed such worst value system from such a reputed brand. His behavior and words really disappoint me.
I am requesting you to please look into this as it's not about the replacement rather demeaning your esteem brand image only.
