I have ordered through jiomart several times but unfortunately the experience in all these orders have been below par, not even anywhere comparable to local stores that do not have the wherewithal like Reliance.
Veg and fruits are expired or rotten, delivery personnel does not take return or ownership, packages are open thereby raising suspicion on their weight due to items falling prior to loading in the carton box, few items like butter and perishables are supposed to be delivered separately but takes multiple followups, they do not issue the bill copy with endorsement of the pending items, customer support is a far cry they simply copy-paste their responses and there is no grievance redressal or service tracking mechanism.

I am not sure of the management is even aware or bothered about customer experiences/issues. I expect much more from a giant like Reliance that wants to grow leap and bounds in the Indian consumer segment. Was this information helpful? |
