Reliance Mart — Cash back

I bought some items from alappuzha on 30/10/2021. And amount seen in my cash back is 478 but due to some technical issue cash back is not working and I had to pay the full amount. Shop manager offered me to credit the same cash back with in two days. But they didn't do that. This is unfair and is not suitable to a good company like reliance. Pls interfere in this matter and solve the same.
