Reliance Mart — Cash Back debited but not credit back though bill was nullified

Dear Sir/Madam, Compaint against Reliance Retail - Reliance Smart SuperStore, Pallavaram, Door No.83, Thiruneermalai Road, Nagalkeni Chromepet, Chennai, TamilNadu - 600086. Yesterday(date: 2 Jan 2022 6:30pm) I made grocery and vegetables/fruit purchase at this retail store for value of Rs.1802. They deducted Rs. 360.58 from my mobile number a/c [protected] as cash back offer. So I paid Rs.[protected].98-360.58) in cash. But the computer system got hanged and the bill was not generated. So the employee(a girl) returned the cash and asked me to wait. They tried to troubleshoot system to get the bill. This went for nearly 1.5 hours for which they made me wait. But finally they could not get the bill from system so they(Mr.Kalyana Sundaram) cancelled my transaction. But the amount 360.58 debited from my mobile is not reversed yet. Once again they scanned all items again and billed again for Rs. 1649.8(1 item Mosquito liquid pair of 2 of Good night lavender returned as not billed). This 2nd bill billed by different person than 1st one whose name is Selvam -Mobile no [protected]. So I paid Rs.1650 and came out. They made me wait for nearly 1.5 hours for this system crash which no fault of mine. Even now amount of Rs.360.58 is not yet credited to my account. Please credit back the amount to my mobile number account [protected]. There was a manager(Mr.Kalyana Sundaram) who did not give proper response on this and said if you want you can complain, but we will sort it out only tomorrow and not today as he is very busy and gave me his mobile number and name which is Kalyana Sundaram(Reliance Retail Employee, mobile number [protected]). He asked me to follow up tommorrow and he will not act on his own. He was very rude even though I was anxious if I will get my cashback and no words to comfort me at all. I have attached my bill (which is my 2nd bill for the same items after the system crashed after 1st bill). Even though 1st bill was nullified by Kalyana Sundaram(Mobile: [protected]) he did not credit back my cash back debited for the 1st bill. Please rectify the same. Thanks. My mobile no. [protected]
