Reliance Mart — Cashier planning

I am at your mall in gandhinagar sargasan.

Right now there is only 3 cash counter running and your cashier passes me from one counter to another. I was in queue at 3rd and when my turn came he told me to go on another counter.
Very annoying.

Counter number 9 was my previous counter and i moved to counter number 8 and time is 8:13 pm 31 august 2021.

Manager is not present. And no complain book here. Waiting for complain book from 15 minutes.
