Reliance Mart — charged more than mrp

Yesterday[protected] I had visited reliance market Guwahati Assam and I was charged more than MRP in a particular item.
I was trying to contact the same mart but unfortunately they didn't received my phonecalls and this lead me to write this complain latter you, this is not at all expected from such mart of RIL.
Secondly, I would like to ask the concerned authorities to contact me back at the earliest possible time without delay.
