On Tuesday I had been to reliance mart with my family for monthly shopping. Before paying bill I have confirmed withe the staff that Sodexo card is accepted or not and the staff told its accepted. But while paying bill I had a harassment and insult from the other staff that my bill is rejected and he specifically told me I don’t have have sufficient balance on my Sodexo card, I felt it’s an insult for me infront of everyone. Thought I used other mode of payment with my other cards. Later after paying bill from my credit card. I meet the same staff and told Sodexo card didn’t accept but he insist me to check, later when I purchased other product as testing of my card, my transaction went successfully. It’s the hopeless customer experience I have suffered now because I am loyal customer of reliance fresh/ mart/digital form past 10 years. Thought the transaction was of above 3 k for this transaction but the insult and harassment faced from reliance mart is not tolerated. Please take action towards staff because I fell staff was not trained well and teach him how to talk with customers and the same complaint has been filed on the reliance mart registration with the same issue on same date. I want to ask WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR this RELIANCE or staff?? Was this information helpful? |
