Reliance Mart — Double debit for one bill

I have purchased some items from reliance mart hajipur while billing I paid the bill through upi but the cashier told me that the transaction is not successful please wait and after couple of minutes he asked me to make the payment again so I asked what will happen to the debited amout he told that it'll be reverse as it is not successful so I made the payment at that time but now it has been 6 days since then and I have not received my refund of 1997.93.
