Reliance Mart — I am complaining about the mismanagement of reliance store

Every time when I go and purchase things from reliance store which is situated in currency tower Raipur Chhattisgarh they fail to give sugar which comes in offer on our bill and they said we don't have sugar stock right now.. And told to everyone please come after 2, 3 days to collect it with your bill.. But again they fail to give us.. This same type of situation happened with me 2, 3 times in a row now..
I m major service issue with this store..
And there is no one there with whom we talk about this matter..
