There was a dates packet which was mentioned as buy 1 and get 1 and the same was even confirmed by one of the employee. However in billing I was told offer is not getting captured in system while billing. Due to this reason I had to remove this product from the billing and the person at the billing counter mentioned the same issue is happening since morning. Wondering why was the offer not removed nor the billing issue is fixed when the issue is noticed since morning. Issue was not resolved when I went around 5pm.. unfortunately I had to return the product and I was made to wait near billing counter for more than half an hour. I even requested the product to be delivered at my home which was also denied. I request someone to take necessary action against this issue.
