Reliance Mart — lion arabian dates- insect

I am regular customer of Reliance Mart. Today I had a very bad experience that 15 days back I had purchased 500 gm Lion Arabian Dates from Reliance Mart Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh. today When I have opened the packet of dates I was shocked and furious to find insect inside the dates. The product manufacturing date 01.11.2017. Kindly advice.
