Reliance Mart — money don't refund

I made a transaction of rs 210.66 for purchase some goods.
My transaction didn't complete at that time but my money is deducted from my account.
I paid through another payment method at that time.
They told me that money will refund in next 7 days.
But i don’t get my money back from 2 months.
When i told them about it they refuse to do anything.
Here is money transfer details :-

This transaction is done through bhim upi.
Please help me.
