Reliance Mart — Money refund more than 2 weeks

Address:B 3/303 kakrola Tara nagar palam road

UPI payment deducted from my account and also confirmed with Paytm that money sucessfully tansfered .but your smart ponit team says they didn't receive money after that they are also saying that they refunded the money. Kindly resolve
