Hi Team,
I have been purchasing groceries for the last 6 months in Reliance Smart which is located in “Iyer Bungalow Madurai -625017, Tamil Nadu”. Today[protected] I went to shop at night as usual. I added items in the cart and while billing asked to redeem my cashback which has accumulated in my account. But the cashier said the server is down and we can't redeem cashback, this is happening 2nd time for me.
Approximately I am purchasing groceries approximately 10000rs per month. You can check in my account, earlier I did not redeem my cash back due to lack of knowledge because most of the cashbacks expired.
I am totally unhappy about this bad experience today in this shop. If we are not able to redeem cashback during purchase, please inform customers prior to shopping.
Sorry! Now I am thinking of continuing shopping further in Reliance smart grocery shop, it is really bad customer experience. Was this information helpful? |
