I have not recieved the order and on 13th July 2020 the status was shown as delivered. I raise the complaint on 13thJuly 2020 and they assured me that the issue will be rectified.
Again I called the customer service and they told me that since the order was not delivered and my money will be refunded.
Till date no order is recieved neither my money is refunded in my account. They told me to wait till 15 working days it will be credited.
I called several times customer care and my second complaint was not attended and recorded by anyone and no response is recieved from Jio Mart. For any verification I request you to please check the call records from my Mobile no [protected].
Today I again called and Mr Abhishek Kumar from customer care told me that the issue will be resolved before 8 pm today.
I need the urgent intervention of any of the senior executive so that in future no customer should face such problems.
I also want to reiterate that the delivery persons and store manager who had a discussion regarding this order, really misbehave with me.
I am sorry to say that I will not order anything in future from Jio Mart as the customer services are very poor and even no response on raising the complaint. Was this information helpful? |
