They delivered spoiled product in my case cashew rs 400 and they are not even taking the responsibility. In the name of customer service they r torturing us. I already raised a complaint on jio mart but they deleted it then i sent the same complaint on mail on 31 jan which was still within 7 days from the delivery time of 27 jan. I have called their representatives several times and instead of providing a solution they put me on hold or hung up on me. This is purely a torture. They said that refund will be initiated but now u r denying i have all the proofs along with date. I also have call recording but it is not attachable. I went to the store as well either change it or provide refund but they said it has to be resolved online only
