Reliance Mart — Received spoiled yogurt

I'm a regular customer of a Reliance Mart Rahatani. Today I bought 2 yogurt from there and it is spoiled.
Also the staff is very rude...they close the outlet as per their convenience in the evening at any time.
Wasted 55rs.
