Reliance Mart — refund of amount for not delivery of ac

We have purchased an ac 22nd march, in tirupati and paid full amount. Due to lockdown delivery has not been processed. Its okay with this. But at least put my money back through online. I've called to reliance mart retailer and got very imprudent answer and behaviour. He is not at all gentle, his words are too rude. Due to lock down, my amount has been depleted,, so i'm asking my money back. Its not small amount, 40k. He is not able to deal with the customer that too in these cases. If it is the only answer that my money will be returned after lock down, i will move further to court and put complaint.

That person has no knowledge how today with customers. If it is the only answer that my money will be returned after lock down, I will move further to court and put complaint.
