Reliance Mart — Regarding laziness of staff and manager

Dear sir
I regularly visit reliance mart SANGATH MALL MOTERA
I have found many times that prises at racks doesn’t match the prise in bill
Always found and complaining but manager and staff says sorry sir we forget to change the display it’s shows the laziness and miss management by the store manager it’s not first time several times it happened the staff is not l operative at all when u entered store it’s a small place with very tight space and things lying on walkways even cannot move trolleys
