Reliance Mart — Reliance jiomart item ordered not received after 2 weeks. On feb 13 also, jiomart app showing arriving item on feb 4th.

PREPAID. At that order time the item will be delivered on 2 days message shown. But the other 2 items delivered on the scheduled time. This items only still showing will be delivered on 4 th feb. Now 13 th feb, same message showing in green color. I raise a complaint 1 week before on jiomart app. No response. Then wrote to head of customer service. They told we are looking. After 3 days no further action. Then I requested refund. No refund also processing. I never expected this much bad service a well known reliance jio. Now where I can complaint at least for a refund.
