Reliance smart Ayyappanagar in front o[censored]dupi Gokula is horrible in customer experience. Most of the executives here is involved in loose talk never respond to customer or help on their findings. I walked in yesterday and picked a product by my own search then went to the billing waited for 30 mins to buy a small product (Aashirwad vermicelli) then when my turn came I was told that product is not for sale and all payment methods are not accepted. I was frustrated to the core the same product is ample in stock in the store but it’s not for sale isn’t it a joke out of this store if I ask them to call the supervisor and have it addressed no one wants to drive towards solution. This was not my first experience in the same place it was several instances like this before. I strongly recommend a concerned team to walk in to this store like a customer and experience these issues personally before a good number of customer back off from this store and with its horrible experience given by the people within.
