I raised compliant regarding reliance reconnect 32 inch tv on 25th september 2017 but still issue not solved. Display issue. When i call customer care they told and visited our home and said panel is not working. But afterwards whenever we call they will tell. Our technicians will come today, tomorrow etc. But still not coming and solving the issue.
When we are purchasing they informed that any problem we will solve within 2 days. But nowe 25 days completed but issue not solved. Worst support Was this information helpful? |
And the counter in which we get it there must be a person who has the information about which product has got what free item and we must be provided with it just by showing the bill
and the service people must be more humble
