Reliance Mart — Request to rectify the short supply / irregular supply of electricity

In my house, the supply of electricity is not having the power supply disturbed due to 2 weeks. we not having the transmission pole.so please kindly provide the transmission pole and power supply. So hereby I request you take up this issue and make the power supply in proper way. I hope you will take immediate action on this.
