Reliance Mart — Rice quality issue

Hi, The rice taken on 25/09/21 from Bhadrak store-756100 for mobile number [protected] is very very low quality and not eatable. I visited the store and requested them to exchange it with quality products, but they refused to do so and rather than exchanging they told me that I could have taken only 1 KG and tried it before taking 25 KG. I spent 300 Ra petrol and came via car just to exchange the product and it's really pathetic. Please help me to exchange it. Thank you
