Reliance Mart — staff misbehavior | |||
During the lock down we should appreciate the service provide by store. But i had a very worst experience on this saturday 25th of april 2020. The staff, executives and managers should have to learn how to treat the customers, how to behave with cstomer and also very important how to talk to a customer. Local kirana shop is far better than this. I have been to many stores malls in hyd bangalore chennai this is the first store which i saw such staff. I think these are all has jobs through ref, this type of stores should have minimum educated staff. Atleast do some briefing to the fellow employees on the communications skills which a retails staff must needed. Dont know whether it reaches to the corporate of reliance mart. If some one call me i will explain what happened exactly. When the staff misbehaves and using abusive language i was out of control and hold staff shoulder again controlled myself and shouted ca manager the floor manager and the store manager came and they were not in a situation to know what happened they also started shouting on me instead of knowing what happened. And this is not the correct way of treating the customer And that fellow staff was abused me with unparlimentory language. Pathetic i never came across this type of staff in such chain stores.
