Reliance Mart — Wrong product received/missing product

I had ordered a product on 15-aug-2021 from jio mart worth rs 925.35. Delivery executive came with wrong product. I immediately refused to take product and didn't share opt but he delivered product on my doorstep and left.
I logged a complaint at jio mart and since last 70 working days they are just dragging the issue with anonymous reason.
Every time that they logged a complaint and after 3 days close the same with issue resolved. I have already mailed then more than 50 times and explain same things to all executive. All the executive just telling to have patience and wait for some days and after that the close the request from their end.
On 21-Oct-21, had word with Mr Asif ansari of escalation team and he promised to solve the issue till 26-Oct-21. Today is 08-Nov-21 and still no response from their end. Now again today they are arising a new ticket with new TAT.
Simply frustrated with their false commitment and promises.
Looing forward for strict again from your side so that this topic can solve earliest.
