    Dear Sir,

    I have a Demat A/c in Reliance Money. Client ID 00073858. On 5th February 2008, I checked my Ledger Balance and it showed me an excess amount of Rs. 1,14,800/-.

    I checked the contract note of 4th February 2008 sent to me by the Company, and it showed me that there are 800 excess shares of RNRL sold by the Server at 3:03 pm. It cannot be done from my side as Reliance Money does not accept margin order after 2:55pm. So they sold 800 shares short from my account and credited the amount to my account. I made a complaint and they say that on 8th the shares will go for auction and then only they will be able to do anything with this.

    Now on 6th Feb 2008 when I checked my ledger balance, it showed me -54,505/- (negative :-O). Now when I called up customer care and got to the executive after 20 minutes of regular hold time, he says that the excess amount has been deducted and it will be solved only after 8th Feb 2008.

    On 6th Feb 2008 night, I again checked my ledger balance and it was again with an excess amount of 1,14,800/-. On 7th Feb 2008 Morning it shows me a balance of 9,554/-. And as earlier customer support executives are not able to tell me anything about this continuous changes in my ledger balance. I am a new and small trader and cannot afford such losses.

    I had an amount of Rs. 25,000/- in my account and Rs. 25,825/- which I applied for Reliance Power IPO (dont know whether the refund has been made or not). And now I am not able to understand whats happening with my money in m account.

    Reliance money has given the worst support. The executives pick the call after 20minutes of hold and then most of the time the again put you on hold and disconnect the line. I have wasted nearly Rs. 400/- in last 2 - 3 days on my mobile to call their STD customer support no.

    I will suggest everyone not to go for an account in Reliance Money ever in life. If anyone has suggestions for me please send it to me.

      Poor service provided by Relinace Money for Demat Account Opening......




      It is surprise that even after submitting two Application forms Sr. No. [protected] & [protected] almost 20-25 days back to your Vadodara Branch, I am not getting proper response.



      Just now I have telecon 17th. time with Some lady[protected] & getting stupid reply that " File is under process ...." exactly as per reply given 15 years back by Govt department.




      If your company is not in position to provide proper service like India Infoline & ICICI better way refund my Application processing charge ASAP.



      Hope for some prompt action.

        I spoke to Ms Punita Executive,Reliance Money, Janak Puri, New Delhi, India office Tel Nos. 32660133//32660418 and she had sent their Executive Mr Jai Prakash Kumar Tel No. [protected] to my place for opening the DMAT Account. I was told that within 2 days, I will get the DMAT Account number. So, I applied for DMAT account with reliance Money for myself Pradeep Kumar Joshi application no. [protected] and my wife Mrs Rashmi Joshi application no. [protected] on 13 Jan 2008 giving all the necessary documents and the cheques.
        But, since then have not got any response for their office, and nobody is picks-up the Telephone at their Janak Puri (Delhi) office Tel no. 32660133//32660418, who had sent the executive at my Residence for opening the account.
        And the executive Mr. Jai Prakash Kumar Tel No. [protected] is also not taking the call. His phone is swiched off.
        With lot of diificulty, on 16Jan08, I managed to speak to Mr Rajiv, who said will call me back with details, but he never called back. Then on 30Jan08, I again managed to speak to Ms Deepmala then to Mr Shambhu Nath Jha Mobile no. [protected], who said that I should send him the Details by SMS on 30Jan08 and on 31Jan08 again and I spoke to him also twice after that but still he has not given me any information.

        I checked the status of my applications on-line, which does'nt give any confirmation.

        I have sent three comlaints each to customer.[protected]@reliancemoney.co.in and customer.[protected]@reliancemoney.co.in
        on 18Jan08, 24Jan08 and also on 1Feb08.

        But so far, I have not got any reply from them.
        So I am still in the dark, I don't know if their Executive has run away and what happened to my application and money.

          In last week of Nov. 2007, i applied for New Demat A/c through one of your agent (Mr. Akash Kansal, Mobile [protected]) from Nehru Place(Now shifted to Malviya Nagar), New Delhi branch. Now 2 months(Nov., 2007 Last week) have passed but still the a/c is not yet opened and there is no word from Reliance Money. Persons available on your customer care no. does not respond. Customer care no. remains on Hold for 10-15 min. but nobody picks it up. Even your online application tracking system is showing "no data available"
          I am fedup with your services and now i don't want to make any relation with Reliance Money. So i request you to cancel my Application and refund me back the A/c opening fee of Rs 500/- , that was debited from my saving a/c within 2 days from the date of submittion of application, at the earliest.

          It is better to complaint against Reliance Money about its limit card problem to SEBI, Company Law Board, Bombay Stock Exchange, and National Stock Exchange and request them to cancel its licence of depository participant with them and teach Reliance Money a befitting lesson.
          The best way is to pulicise these incidents in all the internet forums.

          I have also started distributing leaflets against them--and I have plans to spend 10, 000 on the leaflets all over hyderabad and bangalore.
          Hi all,

          I am also cheated by reliance money, one of their agent took Rs.[protected] acct opening charge and 500-advance brokerage under scheme) in 2007, after that I got my acct. opened. No one has given me any demo for trading or acct operating, I tried calling many times to their customer care no.[protected] but no body has picked up the phone ever. At the time of opening the account agent told that if I don't want to continue then I do not have to pay any amount further. Now after 2 yrs. I got a call from reliance money and they are saying there is a " Rs. -549" balance in my account and for closing also I have to give the check of Rs. 549.
          I don't know what to do, they are simply cheaters, they never gives any kind of response to my queries, I have never done any transaction in reliance money account. Even though I have to pay more.

            I opened a Dmat Account with Reliance Money and sent a complaint for change of bank details
            in respect of my Demat Account No.[protected], Client Code-R00040517, User Name-RASI0242, Phone no. [protected], as under:

            Bank Name-HDFC Bank
            Account No.[protected]
            Branch Address-Sahib Complex, Ground Floor, Seri Bazar, Near Indira Market, Mandi-175001, Himachal Pradesh.
            Cancel cheque no.127101 of above mentioned bank account was sent to Reliance Money, Ground Floor, SCO 339, Sector 35B, Chandigarh-160022. I have sent so many E.mails to customer support, Reliance Money for doing needful but nothing has been done so far. Kindly get the needful done.

            Reliance Money is the worst online Portal. Since the inception they have made many changes by reducing the services provided on Portal and increasing the brokerages & they deduct money without the concent of the customer. Weather you trade or not you have to pay them Rs.1000/- every two months. Overall They have gone away with intial schemes which was just to lure customers . In short Anil Ambani feels the Indians are fools.. But let me tell all its not true they have to pay huge price for the same.. Daily 100's of people are closing account with them. IN CASE YOU HAVE ACCOUNT WITH THEM CHECK YOUR LEDGER AND AWAIT A BIG SHOCK I AM SURE YOU WOULD RUN TO THE NEAREST BRANCH TO CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT.. This site is only for big Traders in case your tarde vaule is 05.00 lacs a months them it may be OK for you now but god only knows for how long as they change their Brokerage any given time-- so better stay away

              Hi All,

              DO NOT OPEN demat account with reliance money. The site is simply useless. It takes hell lot of time to login. Most of the times you would be getting "CONNECTION FAILED" error from server.

              One more strange thing is it does not have a proper reports page, where an user can get the money he/she has invested in what shares and how much balance he has in his account....

              I wanted to convey a message to all you "DO NOT OPEN DEMAT ACCOUNT WITH RELIANCE MONEY...it's useless,timewasting and money wasting"

              Reliance/ Reliance Money — DMAT Account Not Opened

              Dear Sir/ Madam

              I had submitted a filled in form, Photocopy of PAN Card, Address
              proof and a cheque of Rs. 500/-(No.881469 ICICI Bank) to Mr. Mehta who
              is representative of Mr. Pradeep Dixit at Gwalior Branch on 13 January
              2008. He promised me that DMAT Account will be opened and you can
              invest in the Reliance IPO which was opening on 16 th January.I asked
              so many times from Mr Mehta about my DMAT account but he always said
              you will get in few days.I could not invest in IPO due to the
              organisation's fault. On February 7 the money Rs 500/- was withdrawn
              from my account.
              on 7 April I complained at customer.grievancereliancemoney.co.in but so far they have not taken any action.

                1) I have paid Rs 500 by Cheque no. 14350 (ICICI Bank Ltd) for opening of Online Trading & Demat Account. The acknowledgement receipt 1118539 id dated 14 Dec'07, collected by their eexcutive, Mr Amit of Nerul, Navi Mumbai Branch. The amount was debited from my ICICI bank account on 22 Dec'07.
                2) Since I didn't receive the welcome kit nor any status message, I have called up the Nerul Branch on 4 Jan'08 & 14 Jan'08 and spoken to the Branch manager (?) Mr Nitin Choudhury, who told me both times that the welcome kit for operating the account will reach me in 1-2 days. Subsequently I have been calling up the the Branch at[protected]nobody picks up), the executive Mr Amit ([protected]) who doesn't take the calls and the customer support no.[protected]always busy).
                3) I have written mail to customer.[protected]@reliancemoney.co.in and thru' Reliance Money website to customer.[protected]@reliancemoney.com, but there is no response.

                Pls advise any action which will make these guys take notice of my complaint.

                i thing everywhere same problem in reliance office. the same problem face in their ludhiana office they not pick up my phone. they open my a/c in 2 month after missing my cheque.

                My suggestion is that you may contact to any tv channel and then contact them. or if possible, you may do court case on reliance money.

                THERE ARE FOUR MORE SIMILAR CASES BESIDES ME AND WE ARE IN A GROUP

                WE HAVE BEEN RUNNING ABOUT IN CIRCLES AND RELIANCEMONEY IS NOT TAKING ANY RESPONSIBILITY
                THAY ARE PASSING IT ON TO THE SUBBROKER

                PLEASE BEWARE THAT THERE IS A MASTER TOKEN WITH SUBBROKER WHICH WILL OVERRIDE THE SECURITY TOKEN OF THE CLIENT.
                ANY INDISCRIMINATE USE OF THIS WILL CREATE HAVOC TO YOUR ACCOUNT

                ONE POSSIBLE SOLUTION IS TO CANCEL THE MANDATE AND TRIPARTITE AGREEMENT AND GO FOR A BIPARTITE AGREEMENT

                THUS THE SUB BROKER WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE CHAIN AND YOU WILL DEAL DIRECTLY WITH RELIANCEMONEY. THIS WILL ALSO REDUCE THE BROKERAGE LOAD SLIGHTLY. ONLY THING IS THAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO OPERATE DIRECTLY ON THE INTERNET OR THROU THEIR

                  I, Deepak Kr.Gupta, am working in IOCL, Mathura Refinery. I am living in Mathura. In the last of November-2007 I applied for my personal D-Mat account in the Reliance Money office at Mathura. The address where I applied is Reliance Communications, D.D.Plaza,Opposite punjabi pach, In front of Dampier nagar petrol pump & his phone no. is[protected]. And the franchise owner name is Mr. Akshay.
                  My problem is that, this franchiser has taken my all-necessary document in the last of November-2007 also he has taken me the cheque of Rs.500 on the same date and this amount has been deducted from my account. But Till date my personal D-Mat account is not open. On the other hand about Rs.200 has been spent on my telephone. I think that I will go to consumer form or otherwise open my account in 2 or 3 days. Also, I applied with the name Deepak Kr.Gupta & Tel No. [protected], Place: Mathura

                    I m complaing u against reliance money patna branch(bihar)not take responce for opening my demat account due to very dull process. i have sent all information concern me for opening demat account in reliance money last two month before at patna branch to mr. rajesh kumar(his mobile no-[protected] & his email id - [protected]@zapak.com). mr. kumar assure me ur work in process and ur account opening very soon. after query from reliance money customer care i know that my account not open due too bank address differ and form return to patna branch dated 22nd december. again i have submitted my bank acount details by courior & by mail to mr. rajesh kumar but unable to open my accouunt & not give me clear answer for why not resubmit my form to head office. i have mised big reliance power IPO due to not open my demat account. send me clear status regarding my application & take serious action against patna branch. patna branch not take better responce for customer.So, i tried to contact you for my complain. please give me feedback on my Email

My cheque no 709317 from citi bank is cleared on 07th of feb . Please let me know the status of my account and tell me when will i get the starter kit.                     My Demat Allocation in my Reliance Money Account no longer shows the CMP and Value of shares in my portfolio for over a month. I have sent complaints many times to no avail. This is extremely inconvenient.

Why this problem is happening.Is this any technical issue or it has been locked by the authorities.And if it is done so, then why is reliancemoney doing this kind of things with their customers.

                      I had applied for the above account on 24th Nov 2007. However, due to some transaction error my cheque bounced around the end of the month. The intimation about the same was never came to me from Reliance Money. However I came to know from my bank about the same on 10th Dec07, a draft was handed over on 11th Dec07 to Reliance team (Vashi Branch)

                      Post that when ever we called up the Sales team (SE- Rahul, Cluster Manager-Sagar Rane) we were told that the draft along with the form has been sent for processing, however whenever we called up the call center the status given was "They have not received the form till date"
                      Gradually the sales team who had sourced my form have started neglecting our calls...

                      This has lead to opportunity losses as I hold some physical shares bought by my late father about 10yrs back. until 15days back these share were trading at almost 80% of the share prices that they are on today.

                      Please advice what is to be done since no one is responding to this issue & the same is resulting to financial loses.

                      I Have purchased shares of Rajrayon and Orient Ceramics thru Reliance money about a month back and now when i want to sell it thru net,i can see the quotes of the market but cant place and order for these scrips(For both buy & sell). -These scrips seem to be banned by Reliance money though not by either of NSE/BSE.Wrote an email to them but received no reply till date.No one receives the call if the customer care number is called(have been trying continuously since last 1 week or so).So i am stuck with the money i invested in these two scrips :-(

                      i had applied for a reliance money demat account last year in november but have still not recieved the packet. i had made a payment of Rs.750.00 by cheque which was cleared from my account immediately. now for the past six months i have been calling the agent and the company but nobody seems to be bothered. they just cook up stories all the time keep on postponing the thing. finally i asked for a refund but again its been a month and there is no response from reliance money. don't know wat to do. it feels terrible when you're in such a helpless situation. these people ignore their customers so comfortably.

                      THERE ARE FOUR MORE SIMILAR CASES BESIDES ME AND WE ARE IN A GROUP

                      WE HAVE BEEN RUNNING ABOUT IN CIRCLES AND RELIANCEMONEY IS NOT TAKING ANY RESPONSIBILITY
                      THAY ARE PASSING IT ON TO THE SUBBROKER

                      PLEASE BEWARE THAT THERE IS A MASTER TOKEN WITH SUBBROKER WHICH WILL OVERRIDE THE SECURITY TOKEN OF THE CLIENT.
                      ANY INDISCRIMINATE USE OF THIS WILL CREATE HAVOC TO YOUR ACCOUNT

                      ONE POSSIBLE SOLUTION IS TO CANCEL THE MANDATE AND TRIPARTITE AGREEMENT AND GO FOR A BIPARTITE AGREEMENT

                        I have been embarrassed by your services. I don’t get call to your customer care. Very Poor Service…! Your Customer care executives have no clue. After a long time when i get them on line by luck they say server is busy. some hang down the phone.

                        i have applied for DMAT account one and half month back, but i have not received any kit; my money is already been credited to there account, but now thy are not responding properly,what ever is the follow up i am doing, they don't bother to reply anything, what a worst situation,what a worst company, if they are not able to respond then the only way to go to consumer court,
                        i am requesting everyone not to open any DMAT account with at least Gurgaon Branch, No one knows what there work is. what is the value of customer is for them.

                          i have opened account with relaince money 10 days back,the amount has been debited on 12/1/8 and it was assured to me by their agent that i will recieve it before IPO of relaince i.e 15 jan,but till today i havent recieved it and the agent also doesnt speak properly,its really bad thing to happen with such a nice company,kindly reply me at the earliest or else i loose the chance of applying for IPO

                            i have been open an demat a/c in near about august but i forgot mt a/c no. and mis to take all demar kit so i want to activate and start my demat a/c my cell no. is [protected]
                            I gave application for a Demat account with Reliance Money on 31st Dec 2007. Till date (20th Feb 2008) they have neither opened the account nor provided any information. A complaint was registered with them online but with no avail.
                            Over that the agent who took the application either does not give any status update or otherwise everytime the standard reply that it will be done in a week's time. The agent also does not have the sense on how to talk to customers and acted rude.

                            It has been very frustrating experience dealing with Reliance Money. I wanted the Demat to be opened by 15th Jan so I could apply to IPOs but till date I am still waiting. The other banks or financial institutes can open this in a week's time. I suggest strongly against going for Reliance Money investment/Demat account.

                            i submitted the money to the reliance money for the opening of the my D-MAT account, but it's been already more than a month, i didn't got my D-MAT KIT, they even don't keep their words, they were just saying to me that you will definitely able to get the KIT with in 1 week, but nothing was happening, THIS WAS ONE OF THE MOST PATHETIC EXPERIENCE that i ever had, i think reliance money had just putted THE BUNCH OF FOOLS THERE IN THEIR OPERATION DEPARTMENT, who even don't know how to deal the customer queries, This is not the problem only with the peoples who interacting with the customers, i even talked to THEIR REGIONAL HEAD( NOIDA REGION), she was saying like we CAN'T COMMIT WHEN YOU ARE ABLE TO GET THE KIT, BUT YOU WILL DEFINITELY GET IT SOON, this was their regional heads quotes, SEE HOW IRRESPONSIBLE THEY ARE..., If i Had a power i will definitely going to SEW THE COMPANY.., please don't go to RELIANCE MONEY, THIS WAS ONE OF THE MOST UNTRUSTABLE BRAND, SORRY TO SAY BUT THIS IS TRUE.
                            i had applied for a deemat account (along with a cheque of rs. 750/-)in the july mth in pune bhandarkar road branch but company was unable to open the same till date, day before yesterday i got the very first call from company`s side that too for confirmation of my details wherein i refused to confirm the same as long back in last mth first week itself i have requested Vivek singh whose email address is vivek.aw.[protected]@relianceada.com, for refund of amount.
                            i was told that within 8 working days i will get the refund but till date i am struggling to get that.

                              Mostly services from the Reliance are hell. Doesn't matter it is mobile service, broadband service or DMAT Ac service. Their coustomer care is good for nothing. Because of the low charges, people start usign their services.
                              I was the customer of the broadband service, but just after 2 month problem start I contacted customer care many-many time but no luck, so applied for termination of the connection. But nobody came to my home to discontune the connection, and they keep sending monthly bill. I then contacted customer care again but the same story, nobody resolve this simple prblem. And now don't know after 1 year a person came to my home and he said that he got a request from the reliance to terminate your connection.
                              My frustration doesn't ends here, I was the reliance mobile user, and the same story.
                              So Now last year on 31st december I take an oath, that would never use any services from Reliance.

                              Reliance has lost one more customer forever because of their after sale services.
                              One day Reliance will realise that he has lost many more customer because of their service forever.

                              Reliance Money — reliance money Changed 76 K..

                              I am user of reliance money trading portal with limit card of 500 which have limit of 200000. During traiding I didn't notice and crossed by limmit of trade. That time system didn't stopped me from trading and automatically deducted 76, 000 from amount. When I called consumer care the said...it will be fixed and we will reverse the amount.

                              The only option to penalise these dacoits is avoid this name in future.

                                I HAD BOUGHT SEVERAL SHARES THRUOGH RELIANCE MONEY. SOME SHARES WERE NOT DELIVERED AS THEY WERE NOT AVAILABLE WITH THE SELLER. NOW AS PER THE NSE/BSE RULES ALL SUCH SHORTAGES ARE MET FROM THE AUCTION MARKET AND IF THE SHARES ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN THE AUCTION THE SELLER HAS TO PAY THE BUYER 20% ABOVE THE DEAL PRICE OR THE SETTLEMENT WEEK'S HIGHEST TRADED PRICE WHICHEVER IS HIGHER. HOWEVER RELIANCEMONEY IS GIVING ME ONLY 1 OR 2 % SAYING THAT THE SHORTAGE WAS THEIR INERNAL SHORTAGE.                                 This is Premraj. My Clients id is K00041294. My user id is KPRK0004. I feel very bad with Reliance Money. I understood that Reliance Money's Customer Care did not take care of this below:

                                First I had received all packages including new security token, user id. Also I got a new password on my email id on reliance money. I already changed to my personal password immediately. I opened a reliance money for stock money and already transfered the amount from bank into reliance money after entering id and password successfully.

                                Last December I again entered user id, password and security token number but it said security token number was failed. I was shocked that i tried to enter id, password and security token number but failed again. I was very tired. I lost rs.500. Many times i emailed you regarding this above. but you never reply and you are silient. I am so angry against you.

                                Then I was shocked that I got your email of last time saying you have already sent another new security token to Jayanagar Branch, Bangalore. I have still not received another new security token number from them till now.

                                    I am holding account with RM bearing client user name saka004B in Bangalore branch and my token id is not working properly from past 5 days due to which I am not able to login to instatrade and trying to contact customer care whose number will just sing reliance songs and no one will respond to the line. Even I have waited for 30 minutes wasting my time and telephone bill.

                                    There is no proper care with RM and reliance advertise as No. one but this will not lead to make them customer friendly where in jayanagar branch so called reliance contact no’s are down. This is worst than a government way of working. Even I contacted Mr. shanker bearing cell no. [protected] but result is Big Zero.

                                    And 99% time trading site would be down with maintenance.

                                    My token id is showing a message as disabled ? may I know the reason? I wish to cancel such type of service and if none respond back I would be forced to approach SEBI and consumer forum for claiming damages.

                                    I had applied for a Broadband WiMax connection with Reliance and received it on 26th July 2008. Worked amazing for 6 days and the 7th days started all the problems. The call center had still not received my account details and I was never registered. Waited for a few days and even after a month they say its not registered and all they can provide is a normal Internet explorer close and open support. Its been two trying to chase people at Reliance and after a few emails to the reliance.ada.com they say your account is barred and now you need to pay 3k the remaining payment which I have never been able to use the service. This is the kind of service you get from Reliance for a corporate user. We have a very busy schedule working and on top of it we have to suffer with this. Is there anyone who can look into this please. I have heard about reliance playing up with customers and its really saad that we get this kinda service even nowdays.

                                      I applied for a DEMAT account with reliance money Patna centre STATE:Bihar on 12th september 2007 and so far i have not received DEMAT kit. I had contacted the patna reliancemoney centre Manager but he was unable to reply my complain. So, i tried to contact you for my complain. please give me feedback on my Email
                                      I m having reliance money easytrade/instatrade access.
                                      I experienced hard ship on 17.12.07 when I was not able to book sale ordr for my demat balance qty holding shares indian hotels and dabur.message was like share sale order booked was more than free avaible shares.non sale order booking has caused me a loss amounting to Rs 70000/- which could hv bn avoided with system jalandhar timely support.

                                      Reliance Local jalandhar customer care executive advised me to call at bombay call center which i did but could not succeed as i was kept waiting to listen undesired music or was informed that executives were busy.
                                      i also made similar 5 to 6 attempts on previous days but was never successful.

                                      I have apply for demat account in reliance money in first week of December-2007.

                                      I had applied for account opening in the month of July with the cheque of Rs.1250/-. Application Number # 412592.Cheque Number is 546585 / Citibank. The same was debited from my account on 23rd July. After that I haven’t heard anything from you till November. When I sent a mail to your customer care I came to know that my application had been returned to Nehru place office due to my PAN card copy was not clear (Which is not true as I have personally taken the Xerox) and told me to get in touch with that office.



                                      Then I have sent my PAN copy to that office through reliance money representative. I came to know next day that my application was misplaced. When I asked for an explanation, I was told to re-fill the application again with the new payment. This was the answer I got.



                                      Then I sent a reminder to customer care on 11th Dec. (Before I have sent many mails & reminders turned into vain). I got a call from your Mumbai office of 12th Dec and requested me to reapply the same without any payment. I told her as I am going on tour from 13th, request to send someone on 12th itself. One person had visited on 12th and taken all the documents. New Application # 848534. On returning 26th, I contacted the person who has taken the application from me. He rudely told don’t disturb for these reason and told me to contact Mumbai office directly. Also I came to know the application was submitted to the branch on 19th Dec where as it was filled on 12th Dec. Then I spoke to Amit (Mobile-[protected]) who introduced as a branch in charge, he committed that I will get the kit on 01st Jan as the application was approved. But I haven’t received anything. Then whenever I called Amit, he was trying to avoid speaking to me.



                                      Then I started calling your customer care number almost every alternative day. I was keep on getting only the reference numbers other than the result. Few Ref Number are 551557 / 567785. The funniest thing is today the person (Resma) who attended the call told me that there was no such application. After explaining the whole story she told the last ref number is still active. Moreover she told me that she is going to put the personal note & priority on this matter which was the similar to the reply which I was told earlier. I told her to connect me to their senior. The call got connected to Amit who claimed that this is not the concerned dept and disconnected the call without listening anything.



                                      My questions are

                                      If the document is not clear, why the cheque was en-cashed?
                                      Why the application status was not informed to the applicant?
                                      Where my first application document has gone?
                                      Any assurance can be given that your people will not mis-use those documents?
                                      Why I was asked to pay once more for re-applying?
                                      Why there was a delay in submitting the 2nd application?
                                      Why there was no reply for all my Emails?
                                      When I will get my account opened?
                                      Currently to open the account you people are charging only 500/- where as I have paid 1250/- which is lying with you for 6 months without open my account. So it should be waived off.

                                      Respected sir, I had submitted application for D-MAT a/c at reliance money ambala on 11/01/08.fees for this was Rs. 750/-.
                                      they assure me that D-MAT a/c will be opened within 48 hrs. But till now neither they opened my a/c nor refunded my application fees.

                                      I was promised of a limit card of Rs.500 that will be valid for 12 months as part of a special offer.But they started to debit Rs 500 every 2 months.
                                      Also their customer care is lousy. They put you on hold forever. They reply to emails after weeks.

                                      My sincere advise to all of them out there who think they can make it make it big in share market is not to go for Reliance Money. Its awful. I applied for the demat account on teh 3 rd of Feb. I was promised to get the account within 20 days. But those 20 days turned out to be nearly 40 days.
                                      When i called up the customer care they said i'll have to wait for a month for all teh process to get completed. what kind of promise is that?
                                      And yesterday i got my reliance money demat package. It looked good and that's the only good part of it.
                                      When I tried to login into my account (at arnd 4 45, after the trading hours) the login page opened up and it asked for some details.. UID, PWD and the code. I only had the UID and the code....I seriously donno what shud i enter for the password, bcos there was not at all a hint abt that in my package.
                                      I tried calling up the branch offices bcos the customer care was a mumbai number....one branch did not even pick up the phone...the other one picked it up during my second try and the most funniest thing happened when i asked him what shud i do for the pwd...he asked me to click the forgot password option and create my own.....i have never heard such in my entire life time....i thought i cud try that when the login page wud not open at all....the F5 button was a worthless try....
                                      All these even b4 i have started my trading....imagine what wud b my future....my only regret is that i did not happen to see all the reliance demat reviews b4 i opened the account....had i seen that b4 i wud have stayed away from it...way to go reliance demat and its MONEY.....

                                      R Money charges the fees as they like. For using the linit they have charged Rs. 500/- without informing me.
                                      Lot of hidden charges, which is very very high and be careful while dealing with them.

                                      I spoke to you last and expecting a reply back from you but I can understand that you were busy. However for your convenience I have attached the Bill Reliance sent me and the full transaction sheet in PDF so you can go through by yourself. Please match the dates are on Bill and the dates are on Trade sheet. Qty does not match, Your bill does not states whether it was sold or bought. I am totally not comfortable with this kind of billing.

                                      When I pay 500 every two months, your charges are 1 cent plus whatever applicable taxes then why they are charging me 12 a trade. To my knowledge they are misinterpreting my trade into Tele trade which I have never used and that is INR 12.00.

                                      I know you are cooperating with me to find out the discrepancy but this should not have happened at first place. This is not about 67 rupees or 12 rupees this is about proper billing.

                                      I need transaction id/ exchange id related to items on bill of 67. Rupees. And complete report of charges imposed by reliance from the start of my account. The bills or statements I get never had any charge of Rs 12.00.

                                      i get excelent customer service from janakpuri staff no grudge this is Reliance Money who is fudging but i have to take against you guys first i cannto get to Reliance Money and second you people are my first contact for help.



                                      I am surprised how come reliance is not sued by any one in India so far.

                                      Reliance Money — Not addressing hidden features

                                      Hi,
                                      I got Demat Account after applying it to Relianace Money. They had given me the product toolkit along with the secure id generator. After using the same, i found today(19-Jun-2008) that the Secure Id generator is not functioning. I visited their office at Saltlake, Sector IV, kolktata and asked to replace the same. They have been charged Rs 220/- and it will be deducted from my ledger balance. But when i opened my account, they didn't give this type of information before hand.They had totally misguided me in this respect. They have identified some marketing person to sell their business without informing the pros and cons.I had also asked to tell their hidden features which need to know but they told me that they had no such hidden information.
                                      So, their idea is selling their business at any cost, ideally they are
                                      looking at fooling the customer.
                                      I guess, this should be stopped so that customer reliability towards Reliance will be empowered.
                                      i have given modification form to the office but they have not modified the bank. beacase pnb does not provide online facility therefore i sent modification form to change from pnb to hdfc so that i can transfer to demat account.

                                      Reliance DEMAT — DEMAT a/c not opened

                                      I have submitted all necessary documents along with a cheque of rs 500 to open a DEMAT a/c of RELIANCE thru an agent of Reliance Money at Dehradun on June'08. Unfortunaely till now there is no information on the processing of the same- i.e whether I can have the a/c or not. Before applying for the a/c, the agent has stated many things to me (e.g. opening and activation of a DEMAT process is 15 days only etc) but interestingly his behaviour is getting changed after applying for the a/c. Nowadays he does not pick up my phone call also. I complint against RELIANCE MONEY also why such a kind of person is working as an agent of the company? Also why my cheque has been encashed almost before two months but the account is still not oppened. I will be very grateful to get the cheque amount back as I am in doubt to have a good DEMAT services from RELIANCE MONEY.- so far my and many of my friend's experiences with this very very bitter.

                                      Reliance Money Trading cum Demat Account — Unknown charges being deducted

                                      On 09-Mar-2009, I had a ledger balance of Rs.173/-, however, on 07-April-2009 it suddenly became negative Rs.559. An amount of Rs.732 was deducted from my account with no explanation. I have already logged complaint with them and complaint id is 2248952

                                      i presume this is not ambani group of co.seems to be duplicate.co took advance cheque for 1350/- on 10/09/08 and alos encashed it on next date for opening demat a/c with 3 crores linit for validity 6 months under corporate sector.
                                      co activated a/c on 11/10/2008 i.e. after 1 month and utilised the funds for his own interest.generally other reputed co encashed cheque after completing all formalities and encashed when the a/c is ready to be activate.THUS IN THIS WAY CHEATING SO MANY CLINTS.

                                      This is to inform that I had opened a demat and trading account with Indiainfoline through one of their executives Mr Sabarish - [protected] at Chennai, T Nagar, over a month ago. The intial cheque of Rs. 2555/- also got cleared over 15 days ago and I have not received any information. This executive is not available on phone and most of the Indiainfoline numbers are wrong which has led to hardship for me in that I could not trade in advance and have lost opportunity to make money during this leap in the market, which is an irrepairable loss.

                                      I am furious and angry and do not have words to describe this loss.

                                      I've been charged following undue charges under various sub-heads like Mandate Charges, Tele Charges & Account Maintenance Charges


                                      1) Please find attached the Ledger Report for the Q4 2009, the total Mandate Charge comes to around Rs.150/ and Tele-Charges to Rs.270/. The Tele-Charges for a single day have been charged upto Rs.60/.


                                      The mandate charges are totally unheard of in the relam of stock broking, had such been the case it should have been specifically state at the time of opening of account under Most Important Terms & Conditions.


                                      I'm a seasoned equity investor and under none of the circumstances prefers placing order via tele-trade, as can be very well verified from my transactions. The only reason for placing order via phone has been your web-service not executing orders and it is absolutely out-of-question to be charged tele-charges when your web-based services were not functional.


                                      The charges also includes charges under the head ' Payment for CDSL DP BILL No - 0040/1873260 of Client - [protected] for the period 01-DEC-2008 to 31-DEC-2008' the same should be part of contract note and I've not seen any such charge being levelled by any other broking house.To top it some of the narration doensnt even mention the Bill No.

                                      3) Rs.171/ of charges under 'Mandate Charge', Tele-Trade & Payment for 'CDSL DP BILL No - 0040/547130 of Client - [protected] for the period 01-JUL-2008 to 31-JUL-2008' during the July to Sept/2008 Period.

                                      2) The cash ledger for Q3 FY 2009 ie. October/2009 to December/2009 is not provided.

                                      3)My account was opened during June/2008 and an A/C Maintenance Charge of Rs.100 is deducted in the Bill for the period 01/09/2008 To 30/09/2008 with Bill No as 0040/1492543, and there is a mail from Customer Care dated 2nd of December with BO Id as [protected] under subject 'Sub: DP : [protected] - Outstanding Demat Account Annual Maintenance Charges' for outstanding Account Maintenance Charges. If A/C Maintenance Charges are deducted in September, how can under any circumstance the same again be due in December of the same financial year. Please explain.(I'm aware that Reliance Money has revised its A/C Maintenance Charges to Rs.200/Yr)

                                      It really is height o[censored]nethical behaviour and fraud that reliance money is perpetrating with email being conveniently sent to the account holder in an email account that has more advertisement banners on the page than anything else. Reliance Money is the flagbearer of dishonesty and charade and I belive you've set a low that is matchless and something which will always ensure other broking houses have a dirty example to quote for their wrongs to look pale in comparison thereof.

                                      Absolutely correct..
                                      Moreover these days they have started charging Rs. 15 on each transaction for limit card users which are not justified..
                                      I had purchased a limit card Rs. 2500 annual which expires on 29 dec 2009..
                                      If I had been informed earlier of this inviable charges Rs. 15 before purchasing date (29th dec 2008) I would have simply closed my account..!

                                      This charges should only be allowed to b charged on fresh limit cards purchases..!

                                      Now comes the customer service..

                                      The people at reliance money branch mostly don't pick up the calls and are not at all trained for the purpose. (forget emails.. they never reply.)
                                      So to register and complain we cant even contact a proper place.!
                                      Please dont go for Reliance demat a/c ...I dont know who [censored] designed this software...the worst of its kind...the stop loss triggers dont work, brokerage is not shown clearly ..., and more over if you are in hurry it hangs like anything and takes a long time in responding the values of stock...here is a kind advice for you please avoid reliance demat. ADAG is a completely in money matters. I have been using this a/c for more then a year, Portfolio sometimes doesnt display the true purchased price, hangs like anything...stoploss doesnt trigger, and now days Im waiting for the money for the money I hv transferred from demat to bank a/c, it been more then a week...but no response from their CC .

                                      We have raised our issue with Reliance Securities Ltd. with SEBI, NSE and
                                      BSE, and non of the agency/institution are taking up the matter by saying
                                      that this does not belong to us, since the broker does not register us as a
                                      "authorised person"

                                      "The matter cannot be taken for arbitration by exchanges" since the
                                      "standard agreement for authorised person does not have a arbitration
                                      clause".

                                      Whereas, the Reliance Securities themselves accepting the mistake and
                                      offered us to settle the same (though verbally) by paying us lump sump money
                                      as marketing expenses.

                                      There is valid agreement signed and there is a small payout and all proofs
                                      of their various communications are available with us and can be downloaded
                                      for your review.

                                      In brief our issue:

                                      1) We applied for franchisee on 25 Oct '10 with Reliance Securities Ltd and
                                      submitted all the necessary papers asked by them as well as signed the
                                      authorized person agreement.

                                      2) On 9th Nov, we receive a partner code "[protected]" from them and
                                      accordingly we started the business activities such as accounts opening,
                                      moving some of our accounts to our code and generated brokerage/commission
                                      from this day.

                                      3) On 21st Dec we receive a mail asking additional document form 32 from us,
                                      on asking why this is required, "their reply was our application has been
                                      with SEBI and NSE and this document got missed out in processing by them"

                                      4) As per above we started the process of getting the same, meanwhile we
                                      asked them for payout since almost 2 months passed by and we generated
                                      almost Rs. 1 lac brokerage through various accounts.

                                      5) On 8th Feb, they made a first payout of Rs. 936/- through ECS in our
                                      bank, on asking them why the payout was such a low amount, they replied that
                                      we are paid 10% commission / brokerage on limit cards, and our understanding
                                      was of 50% sharing. We understand that nobody in the world will work for 10%
                                      commission in this industry.

                                      6) As per above, we escalated this issue to their senior management,
                                      unfortunately no response, we also asked them to share the copy of
                                      agreement, which we rec'd from them, however they removed the schedule 3 of
                                      supplementary agreement which details the brokerage/ commission sharing.

                                      7) In approximately four months period, we generated approx. 1.5 lac of
                                      brokerage and to do this we have spent Rs. 75, 000 in business development
                                      and Rs. 2 lac in salary & infra and commission rec'd by us Rs. 936/- and our
                                      deposit is still with them.

                                      Sir, our question is what is our fault ?????? they are registered broker and
                                      signed an agreement, made a payout and still nobody want to take up our
                                      case.

                                        I applied for Dmat Account with relinace money in June 2007. The application got rejected for insufficient supportings. Even while rejecting the application the cunning Reliance Money peoples encashed the cheque worh Rs. 1250. I refiled application again attaching the copy of same cheque. in August 2007. Till then the application is held on status "Cheque details awaited". Several time I have updated the cheque clearance details with their customer care. Every the "Executive" tells me that your form will be processed within two working days. And from last 1 and half month I am getting the same reply of two days. I dont understand how long are Reliance Money's two days are.
