Sir before one month on 20th june i received a policy & i received a confirmation message on 5th june on my mobile for a approved loan of rs 20 lacks rupees & they have given their contact no. On they message so when i call them they need some id proof pan card, adhar card & they said me to purchase a policy of rs 20 lacks then they commited me they will credit 20 lacks rupee in my account by rtgs against they mortage of our policy so i trust them & then they send me a authorize sales person at my home & collect all they documents from me regarding id and policy premium cheque, so i purchased 2 policy for against a loan which is promised by your sales person & one is for me mr.Sanjeev chandyok and other my wife mrs.Sammera chandyok both policy no. Is 53505250 and second police no.53507539 so as for your kind information from last 20 days they are delaying me by some excuses and now cutting my calls, so i am feeling that i am cheated by them i am sharing you the agent ph no. And i am going to take strict action on your company if no response is given in 24 hours

In attachments & i paid first installment on your trust so my loan is not credited in my account by your agent till this date so then i understand i get cheated from sales person now have to surrender both the policies and credit my whole amount in my account as early as possible although further i can't afford to continue this policy because i have no funds.
