[Resolved]  Reliance Nippon Life Insurance Company Limited — wrong policy issuance

Upon making me close my good old policy and making me buy this new policy saying as a single paying term plan with 30 % discount on the first premium to be given back cash after 10 to 15 days, they give me a regular policy of five years premium paying term plan. After complaining regularly to the customer care, customer gro, and even sending registered complaints to the mumbai office and that too for the past two years, my policy is not been closed and refund my money back, i am forced to complain to the consumer court. My policy number is 52975626. With this mail l request you to please cancel my policy and refund the money back.
