wrong commitment for providing loan on the basis of insurance

Sir before one month on 20th june i received a policy & i received a confirmation message on 5th june on my mobile for a approved loan of rs 20 lacks rupees & they have given their contact no. On they message so when i call them they need some id proof pan card, adhar card & they said me to purchase a policy of rs 20 lacks then they commited me they will credit 20 lacks rupee in my account by rtgs against they mortage of our policy so i trust...

wrong policy issuance

Upon making me close my good old policy and making me buy this new policy saying as a single paying term plan with 30 % discount on the first premium to be given back cash after 10 to 15 days, they give me a regular policy of five years premium paying term plan.
