It has been noticed that since last one year there is no any facility is available for Vehicles free Air Checking at Reliance Petrol Pump Bhadohi Near Rajpura Chauraha.

It is also learnt that the responsible petrol pump dealer has not deputed any person for this job, whereas opposite the said petrol pump, other petrol pump is providing Free Air check-up facility promptly.

It is therefore, requested that an enquiry may be made in this regards and necessary action would be highly appreciated.

Today I bought deisel of Rs. 2040/- from the first machine of Reliance Petrol pump, NH 6, Mouda, Nagpur. Authorized man set amount of Rs 2040/- in machine and started pouring diesel in tank by locking the trigger if nozzle. Suddenly at Rs.1950/- the trigger came down and then authorized man locked the trigger again and thereafter he hided the apparent glass portion of nozzle until the machine reached to Rs.2040/- . Thus, it appears that there is a defect in machine, which is required to be repaired for good will of the company

I have filled diesel for rupees 1000 at Uchiha Mangalore reliance outlet on 13/04/2021 - pin 574106. payment made through debit card, pos 512967******8769 reliance BP MoBI. in the same day for same transaction swiped on Wi-Fi also charged 1000 & credited to your account on 18/04/2021.

kindly refund the amount 1000 to my account without delay.

Your staff worker YOGESH KUMAR misbehaved with me. He unnecessarily let me wait on the petrol pump as I have already told him that I have an emergency to reach lko.

I bought 3 liters of petrol for my bike from reliance fuel bunk from pala, Kottayam, Kerala. Unfortunately i got almost half a liter of water and dust from it, also my bike's fuel pump git stuck due to this. So i want them to give all the expenses for repairing my fuel pump and cleaning tank

Air pressure staff was not available at Saranghpur (MP) & didn't had courtesy to say sorry.

I regestered a complaint in complaint book. Ref No.001 dtd 15 Apr 21

Please look into this matter and take appropriate action for better customer service.

I am V B VAIJAPUR Regular customer of your ilkal NH HIGHWAY PUMP, here for they said no air supply for me at night 11:15, they said air service is from morning 6:00 o clock to night 8:00 pm, then also I requested to him but no correct response, please inform me in revert what u have took action my number is [protected]

I am writing this complaint to inform that the service is very poor as per the name of reliance, there is nobody to assist at air pressure pump every 8/10 times the wrokers are wroking very lazy expecting some money in return at the air pressure point.

I am complaining about the mandu rel. Petrol pump, district Ramgarh Jharkhand. The staff named Vinod saw working at that pump misbehaved with my family and argued with him. Staffs are local from mandu and they know as very well but they are not provided the proper service and not followed the queue system, when i asked for the issue they start arguing. Plz do something . Ty

Dirty behavior by your employee has been standing at the petrol pump for 1 hour yet the petrol has not been poured and it has been said that you are VIP.

Your employee misbehaved, Avadh Vihar went, standing in line for half an hour, yet petrol was not put up and says do you have an IPO again

This is a reliance petrol/diesel user and a regular customer of your Dealership pump from Savada, Tah Raver, Dist Jalgaon (MH). Today when i filled my bike with a petrol amount of Rs 355/- Rs. I gave him 400 Rs and asked for 45 Rs return. then the delievery person refused to give back Rs 5 amount and told that he doesnt have 5 Rs change. When I told him to put petrol of remaining balance then he put Rs 11 amount of petrol more. And he began to quarrel with me about the next amount. And again told me not to come next on this pump to fill petrol. Again the another person came to support that person. So the thing is what that this kind of service people are making your bad impression in society. I am writing this bcoz this happened with me two to three times. You can see this all recording in todays cctv footage between 7 to 7:20 am. This pump belongs to Mr Manish Mahurkar. So waiting for your positive reply and strict action.

We had heard that fuel of Reliance is good in efficiency so we filled diesel while going to Delhi from the above said Petrol Pump this time. Our tank already had around 10-12 Ltr of fuel. While getting the tank full, qty of 49.13 Ltr was filled. We were surprised at that time that this qty is exorbitantly more than expected as compare to total capacity of the tank. Generally we get around 51-52 Ltr in empty tank. The difference of around 8-9 ltr is quite high. We request you to have a surprise check at this fuel station for qty measurement. We never had such experience in other companies petrol pumps.

They does not give petrol while petrol is sufficient in a petrol pump.

Your petrol pump guy in Katni branch(Madhav Nagar) cheated me. The guys before me had put up 110 INR petrol and I requested for INR 200. The guy didn't ask me to check zero and also didn't take the meter to zero. When I confronted him, he said he can't ask everyone to check zero and he is very busy to even ask anyone. He clearly cheated me and I had to leave silently as I was with my daughter and he was speaking shamelessly.

I am Aman Agrawal from Gondia Maharastra.
My father and mother went to fuel station of reliance for filling up fuel in vehicle.
The fuel man was so in cooperative and also the manager. They have used so many slangs and not even given fuel.
This was not the first time. My experience is also the worst at reliance.
As it is a very reputable and best service provider company I would like to request you to take a very serious action against them.
If not taken then we have to file police complaint.

I am Arun from coimbatore. I am using four wheeler Honda city. While I am travelling to Salem, regularly i used to fill the petrol in your reliance petrol bunk, near to kaniyur toll plaza, coimbatore tamilnadu. Its really good.. Today 12.3.2021 this time I travel to trichy I search in google map and found reliance petrol bunk near palladam, dealer name Vigneshwara agency survey number 313/3 B trichy road palladam, tirupur district, Tamilnadu, then i went there to fill the petrol.. I am totally upset because My car's petrol tank capacity 42litres. But I am sure
100 percent I know that 7 to 8 litres of petrol already in my car's petrol tank. While asking to fill full tank it reached 40 litres of petrol.. already 7 to 8 litres there in petrol tank, so it should be approximately, not exceed 35 litres to fill tank...
While I asking them how it possible this much of petrol need.. they won't answer properly. Before that that petrol filling boy so many times pumping the lever, i am asking that boy why he did like this, he replied me this lever was not holding properly, that's why he did like that..
He hold the pump properly
after filling 25 litres of petrol. I don't know why he did like that.. i don't know is it was pump mistake or that petrol filling boy's mistake.. but I am sure i last 4 to 5 litres of petrol.. i went with My family so I did argueing with that person. Herewith i attach the invoice of petrol bunk & petrol bunk machine. I believe that definitely you will take proper action and inform about that matter.

Petrol pump location- Shivar garden, mira road.

4 to5 times i had filled petrol there and and got water in tank.

Have to wait for more than 10 min for filling diesel in my Car.
I have waited for more than 10 min but no one attended.

I went to Reliance petrol pump at Bhadrak ( At Baradadiha, Gelpur, Plot No 266-267, Odisha, 756112) to dip fuel in my car. I found motorcyclist were filling fuel without helmet and masks. I requested the person not to give fuel to those who were violating COVID guidelines. Because of that I had wait nearly 10 mnts for filling fuel in my car. I was not given fuel. I went and conveyed this issue to the manager sitting inside the office. He with all defiance said " You will not be given fuel ". I returned without giving fuel. This occurs nearly 1.30 PM to day I. e. 10.3.2021. CC TV footage between 1 PM to 1.45 PM may be taken for investigation.
You are requested to investigate into the matter and action deemed proper may be initiated.
