Misbehaved by petrol pump worker near kishangarh distt ajmer rajasthan.

Staff is very rood no air service is available from last 6 monts washrooms are too much dirty like busstand pls take my complaint seriousley

They are not using the air machines just making a silly excuse that the machine is not working they are just busy in their own gossips and not doing their duty properly they are just making fun with each other always cracking jokes and laughing very loudly and never listen to the customers properly having no manners how to talk with the customers they a misbehaving with me and my father they are saying to me that you buy your own machine of air filling and behaving very rudely with us this is not tolerable for me please i am complaining to you if i find no result then i will apear in consumer court kindly solve my problem i am very disappointed

I am a customer of reliance since last 3.5 years (Since the day i bought my car) in recent days i have faced twice the problem of some oil related in my car and through maruti authorise service centre i got the information that the oil which i have in my car is very poor quality and is mixed due to which they have to change the oil pump

This is a serious complain that such a brand is cheating with us and we have to suffer like this... I want to get this check and need help in this matter

Sir, i nandkishor k sarode resident of nagpur (Maharashtra) was filled patrol worth of rs 1000/- on 07/08/2019 at reliance petol pump (Eloc - ng7672), plot no. 191, 4a, shaikh colony, mother teressa marg, takli feeder road,, katol road, nagpur (Maharashtra)-440001.
I made payment of rs 1000/- by atm and amount was also credited to pos txn shaikh abdul (The employee who filled patrol at petrol pump) & amount debited from my a/c at the same time. But the employee said that atm is not responding, hence you have to pay rs 1000/- in cash so, i gave him rs 1000/- in cash again. He also told that amount will be credited (Reverse) in your a/c soon.
But the period of three and half month has been elapsed but the amount not yet credited. I personally contacted with the staff of petrol pump twice, they are saying that the amount will be credited by the bank. There is no look out of the bank because the amount is debited. I think that the cash has been kept by the employee and shown the atm slip to the agency at the time of closing of transaction.

One of my friend's family while travelling from Trichy to Chennai with not less than 25 people, they stopped their travel vans for checking the air pressure in the tyres and also to use your public toilet for their Ladies.
It seems that your petrol bunk staffs behaved very badly and did not allow the toilet for the ladies use. Also they were compelling my friends to buy not less than one hundred Rupees from the outlet.
They were arguing to the maximum and they failed.

Just fill petrol on 30th september around 7:30 of 150 rs.
I swiped my card over there.
That machine of card swiping is not working properly so they swipe my card in another machine but thats also not working
But after 15 mins i got message that your debit card used at realiance and 150 deducted from your account.
They swiped card for 2 to 3 times so my 300 rs is deducted from my account and i already given them cash on that same day.
I need that refund urgently.
I am going over there everday to ask them did you find any solution so they are saying we don't find any statement in that machine related to your payment.
So do whatever you can.

This is to reference to you that one of your Filling Station in Kichha known as Reliance Petrol pump (Madaan Motors) which is located at NH-74, Kichha, Udham Singh Nagar -263148. On 10 Sep 2019 I went to Station for filling my fuel tank of my Maruti Suzuki Brezza VDI . I was already having about 5-7 litres of Diesel in tank . As I asked operator to fill my fuel tank till end. He filled my tank to 59.39 litres of Diesel in my car. As per Maruti Suzuki Company booklet says total capacity of fuel tank is about 48 litres.
But as I discussed with Company engineer about 52 litres completely fuel can be filled. Now the situation is difficult to tackle that about 64.39 litres Diesel was containing in my car. I also informed owner of Filling station he was not listening to me at all. There is alot of difference about 16.39 litre as per considered with company booklet. Owner behavior was horrible and just shouting loudly .
As per I have all proofs like bill, video and pictures of fraud happened with me. I would say please look against Filling station.
Although I will go to Consumer Court against them for my right either Car manufacturer or filling station is incorrect.
Hopefully action against Filling station will be taken as soon as possible.
Let me know why this wrong happened with me.

Maine kal 20 july 2019 ko meerut road near gukna mod k petrol pump se petrol dalaya... Usually main wahi se petrol dalwata hu...399 ka card swipe karaya lkn... Petrol start hote hi bnd ho gya or.. Iss bande ne kaha shift over ho gyi isliye breakdown hua... Ye sham 9: 15 pm ki baat hai... Main apne card swipe details bhi de sakta hu...
Or iss bande ne kaha ki shift khtm ho jati h to aisa hota h... Jabki main almost roz wahi se guzrta hu... Lkn maine dekha h aksar 10 baje shift over hoti hai or tab hi ye log handover le rahe hote h... Ek bar pahle bhi same aisa kiya inhone tab maine 500 ka petrol dalaya tha... Tab bhi puri quantity nahi mili thi or kal raat bhi... Hm log reliance pr itna bharosa karte h or ye bande hamare saath creating karte h... Aap please iska solution de... As i visited reliance pump, near rake point rosa, shahjahanpur, up. Some of the staff members namely pankaj and amit (As per rough information) misbehaved with me.
As mr. Pankaj asked for bribe on card payment and when i asked mr. Amit to provide me feedbook to share my feedback he used abusive words and said not to visit the pump again in future.

Misbehavour of mr amit sales man who misbehave against me. He pronounce as word oyae tu het chal jo kerna hai ker lae tu kon tere jaisae bhut ayae bhosdikae chal tu nahi ayae ga to humara petrol pump band ni ho jayaega tujae to mae bhar dekh lunga. I think u r a international company u recruit a that type of bassterd no no that's not good for ur standard

Sir actually i used always petrol or deisel of relaince pump but they always ask for cash and not accept any digital payments today i buy deisel i m going out of station so i want to full my tank but they ask for cash and i ask him why you r not accept digital system but they reply our mechine not working they always say these word today i told him i will fill raise your complaint then he replied to me ja ja krde jake complaint bhosdi k ambani ka number du the name or employee is madhav today i realized relaince is really very dishonest company i will never use any thing of relaince my contact number is [protected] if relaince really worry for his contumers and he understands what i feel at that time pls take action and save respect of relaince

The reliance pump on malout gidderbaha road always provide excuses for not having air. I am given to understand that it is compulsory for petrol pumps to have air facility for vehicles which the aforementioned pump is not able to provide. Please ensure corrective measures for the same.

I visited the pump today and was told that due to power cuts air is not available today....

I have visited in my near by reliance petrol pumps.
I have take 500rs when i give debit card, he is shouted and throws the debit card on my face.
He is saying you are blind, we have pasted letter atm not allowed.
I am saying this is small paper, i am not seen that one.
I have informed to his boss also but not received satisfied answered.
So please look this matter and take necessary action.

I reached at reliance petroleum pump at 12.50 pm today in miraj, maharashtra. Staff person sampat came to fill diesel in my car desire. He opened the tank and suddenly, leaving the tank open went to fill the tank of some other customer just because he was his relative. When questioned, he spoke arrogantly. Creating a scene and never apologised. I left the pump at 1.10 because of all this.
Kindly ask your employees to show some respect and behave appropriately.

Fraud in billing. Reliance petrol pump in palayamkottai-tirunelveli highway in tamil nadu. Service is ridiculous and behaves irresponsibly. Our vehicle is bullet electra 350cc with tank capacity of 13.5l and reserve capacity at 3l. Before it reaching reserve we took our bike for refill where first of all spilled excess petrol and second billed us for 11.83l which makes a total of 14.83l considering the 3l in reserve capacity. On asking the workers to fill petrol in a 1l measuring tank they refused and asked to contact the operator. The operator spoke in a very bad manner. We never refused to pay the bill but we demanded they showed that the petrol filling was not fraud. They changed the settings and then showed us the filling after continuous arguments. On further quiring abt the change in settings they refused to speak and forced to make a payment. This is utterly ridiculous. We did verify the petrol volume in an authorised royal enfield service station in cochin. We demand immediate actions from the authorities or matters will be forwarded to the excise and vigilance dept.

Dear sir your pump at nadiad, pij higway staff miss behave with me.
Mere pass 2 year olp baby tha woh sick tha or main jab kal rat ko petrol dalwane gya to mujhe petrol nahi diya kyunki me bike se niche utar ne ki position main nahi tha or mujhe petrol nai diya. Raat ke waqt mujhe mentaly torcher hua main consumer court main case kar ne wala hoon. Car wale petrol dalwane aate hain to unhe niche nahi utare jate or two wheeler wale ko pareshan karte hain. Kal raat ke waqt mere pass mera son or wife thi mera petrol dusre pump tak nahi phochta or mera petrol khatma hota raat ke waqt kuch bhi ho sakta tha iska jawabdar kon??

I have been filling petrol from reliance petrol pump meerut road ghaziabad for the past 2-3 months, generally i used to fill rs 500 of petrol in my bike, but each time their machine either got block or as they say there is a power cut (Which i don’t believe as the display is still working and so the other machines) around rs 100. They divert me by asking to pay money or card in the process even before filling when i refuse they say that other customers will wait after filling because of that i can’t see the meter running before halt which i think that’s when they do their tricks. This is the case with each of their machines which they have installed about a month ago. It happened same today (Dt-15/02/2019). I would like to file a complaint against the above mentioned petrol pump.
