Dear sir,

1. On 26 may 2018, for the first time in my life i went to a reliance petrol pump at dhillon petro zone, bhatinda. I was travelling from sri ganganagar to chandigarh. I remember i had filled 19.2 litres.

2. To my utter surprise, after travelling approximately 25 kma, my car (Santro) which is a year 2004 model stopped and would not start. Luckily after around 10 minutes of fiddling with the car it started. After another 20-25 kms, it again stopped and would not start but again after around 20 minutes it started again. On both these occasions, i took the car to a mechanic who i found en-route, who after checking told me that there seems nothing wrong with the car.

3. To my utter surprise the car which normally gives a mileage of 14-15 kmpl went only 125 kms in the 19.2 litres of petrol with the result that at rajpura i had to once again fill her up. Fortunately, the car did not give me any trouble thereafter. I was incidentally travelling with my family.

4. I have the following submissions to make:-

(A) the car which gives a good mileage, this time gave me a pathetic mileage of less then 7kmpl, which is normally just not possible.

(B) the car that has never stopped or ever let me down in 14 years broke down twice.

(C) when i filled up petrol from indian oil at rajpura, thereafter the car did not give me any trouble.

5. Keeping the above factors in mind i am convinced that there is some fraud which happened with me at dhillon petro zone, bhatinda. They put less petrol and also provided me with spurious petrol, which led to breakdown of my car twice. This not only led to loss of money but also sheer harassment
For no fault of mine, more so when i was travelling with my wife and kids.

3. You are requested to investigate into this matter discreetly so that dhillong petro zone is caught red handed and is black listed. I have filled up 19.2 litres of petrol on 26 may 2018 at 1234hrs.

6. You are also requested to provide me with a feedback on the matter too

This is with reference to my ATM transaction OTHPOS493762 SHAIKH ABDUL NAGPUR at relience petrol pump katol square nagpur i asked him to fill for 350 but he didn't did zero before starting and started filling from 50 reading ...
i asked him did your reading was reset he said yes... i said ok then it should lock at 350 exact but locked at 350.12...
then he offered me extra petrol of 50 too

There were no the 2nd and 3rd nosel. I was standing there at least 20 minutes and when i started to go back on my way, one of the staff had came and when i asked him where he was, he said that this is not my nosel. When i said him that i will complain about this, he simply said go and complain. What is this???

I am regular customer of reliance petrol pump located on mullana jaghadhari road, mullana, ambala, 133207. Every saturday i purchase petrol from the same, but when it comes to free air filling service, the staff at the pump always deny and refuse to fill air stating that the air filling pump is not in working condition. This process is being repeated everytime i visit the pump and i almost get the same reply everytime i ask for the free air service.

On 10 april 2018 at around 09:40 am i went to reliance petroleum fuel station situated on nagpur to butibori highway, after waiting some minutes in the queue it was my turn of filling diesel to my diesel car no. “mh31-ea-5937” the fuel pump attendant asked me the payment mode, i told him my preference the debit card payment and to fill diesel of inr 1001/-, but he ordered me to pay in advance as i chose the debit card payment, then he (The fuel pump attendant) took my debit card, swiped the card in his digital payment electronic device & asked me to enter the security pin, i did the same, an amount of inr 1001/- deducted/debited from my account, immediately i received the text sms from my bank server, but the fuel pump attendant did something suspicious with his electronic device just before the “transaction successful” message appears, which resulted in the electronic device displaying “payment declined”. I was pretty much sure that he did something trickery with his electronic device either knowingly or negligently, but i lost my inr 1001/- which is still held with them as i did not received any refund to my bank account.

Even then i paid them the second inr 1001/- i. E. Total 2002/- and received fuel of only 1001/-, this complaint is for the amount inr 1001/- which i lost with that fuel station of reliance petroleum, and the agony and expenses i suffered during my revisit to that fuel station, but they are denying to reimburse me. Additional details as under:

No response behave like a drunkist. I regularly fill the fuel at reliance petrol pump located at chakan, pune - 410501, where i regularly facing many issues.
1 - maximum time pos machine is not available for card payment. Employee always ask for cash payment.
2- staff behavior is not good
3- washroom not clean.

Every time when we visit the fuel station we face the new issues.

This will not good for company reputation, kindly look in the matter, and do if any thing can do.

I refill my car tank full from reliance petroleum pump (11 time from 1st april' 17) & paid by card, after 3-4 days i get some extra charges debited to my a/c on the name of "tip/sur/ex reliance petro/four digit number".

Why this charges? What for?

& similarly i refill diesel from other pump & i get credit in my a/c with the same card. That means where your company have to credit that amt, your company debited me. So you charge me double.

Kindly refund the same & don't force me to go to consumer forum..

Yester day i was visit r. Petrol pump near chakia east champaran maine 2000 ka petrol apne car me liya. But staff not good response and i haveafter petrol lene ke darian staff ke dwara nojel kai bar band kiya. Complain karne par jhagra karne lage aur bole ki ap kal se petrol mere pump pe nahi lijiyega to pump band nahi hojayega. Maine mahsus kiya ki 500 ka petrol kam diya. (Hamesa petrol lene par kata dekhna se mahsus ho jata hai)

Yester day i was visit r. P. P in mehsana nagalpur in l top up petrol in my car but staff not good response and i have imrjance to going home but staff not co opret me and toking to his onther friends i have tell him i have no time i have some imrgance to going home but this gay no response and tell me i know my work you don't teache me ok so i m verey upsat and tell my all friends and family this storey so my all friends tell me comlin in onlien so i was decided to do i hope you teach and train your staff.

Reliance petroleum — less fuel filling.

Today morning when i have visited reliance petrol ajmer and asked the guy to fill for 300 (The machine for already at 100 rs) the other guy started disturbing me and within 3 secs i read the readings around 130 +, when i have enquired that guy was saying he started at 0 only and i dint notice. But they filled for 200.

This has to be escalated severely.
Please check this on top priority.

Its on the day of saturday at 10 pm. We were on petrol pump after filling our tank, we went for the air service that was there at petrol pump, although there were enough men yet no one was replying even after several calls. Later the other man named dharmesh started an argument and misbehaved with us. When we asked them for complaint book they refused and started arguing and misbehaving. I urge you to take strict action as this spoils the image and the trust we had on reliance. This incident happened on the petrol pump near ips, indore.

I had to fuel my bike upto 1.5 litres, as i had to travel at a village that's 18-20 km's, while i entered the reliance petrol pump after sanand on the national highway, i asked the guy named ajit patel who was filling the petrol, as i said him to fill for 110₹, he started and after he just pressed the nozzle, my hands where on the tank while he was filling the petrol the vibrations were induced, as soon as he touched the nozzle the vibrations stopped. I told him that i not able to sense the petrol coming. And by that time it was 110. When i checked the fuel meter it was only displaying half onto the red mark.

May have necessary steps else your image is been getting spoiled...

Yesterday night i was filling 25 l petrol from reliance pump limda chowk rajkot. But i checked in my car its low fuel. There petrol filling in 2 step first it filled 3l then 22l in second try and i paid for 25l petrol. I have surely that person first fill 3l and second attempt he filled 22 l but it start not from zero he starts from 3l continue. Because that time he diverted me and ask some clothes for cleaning. That time i also say that person you start again from zero and not but he not give any answer.

I m complaining about your staffs and machines the worker have no behaviour to how to talk with costumers and your machine are always not work properly every single i listen from staff and worker this incident is from please think about that complaint they have right to tell us and they also behave like they have no fear of anybody lucknow matyaari chauraha uttar pradesh i m shivansh kumar

Dear reliance, it is to inform you that, the filling station in dabwali road sirsa, haryana is serving very poor quality of petrol and diesel to the consumers. I was filling fuel for my new bike and car from this station and the both engines oftenly needs service before time. Lots of carbon found in plugs. The engine are not taking load and are miss firing while running. Hence please inspect and verify the fuel quality of station. Thank you very much. Regards rishi ratan singh, indian army.

I am a doctor and getting diesel filled from your reliance petrol pump in sigra varanasi in my toyota fortuner and volkswagon diesel polo
I have not used fuel from any other pump so far
My fortuner went for scheduled service to rajender toyota, varanasi.. There they detected that diesel in my fortuner was mixed with water and such the diesel filter was comletely choked
After informing me they drained out complete diesel approximately around 20 litres, cleaned the whole fuel tank and changed the diesel filter and filled it with diesel from essar.. The diesel which was taken out from fuel tank tested and water was detected, i was told that ifthis process was not done the fuel injector.. Four each costing rs40, 00o would have got permanently damaged... The whole thing cost me rs 9000/-

Since then i have lost faith in reliance fuel.. I have a statement from rajender toyota that the fuel in tank contained water

Request you to solve this problem and if possible refund my rs 9000/-as per bill from authorised service station of toyota
Please look in to thismatter on urgent basis and provide me with a solution otherwise i will go to consumer forum

The main problem facing by our locality is from your fueling service. On behalf of refuelling our vechiles we had observed that the quantity of fuel from the display is not being filled i. E., we are not getting the right amount to which we are paying. And also if we are asking for a test, thy are refusing to test in manual. Even if a vechile had stopped in middle of the road or if we need fuel for agricultural purpose it should be transported by cans and bottles where the employees are showing the attitude and carelessness.in addition to that the fuel economy is being varied lot less from other company fuel. Including to that the plugs of petrol vechiles are getting damaged when ever started your companys fuel is being used as i have noticed that from a long time onwards.
So i want to conclude that the quantity, quality is far behind your representation you are showing.

While i was filling petrol in my motorcycle yesterday on 14.11.2017, at the same time counter boy was asking for money so i could not see zero. I filled petrol of rs. 70 but on next day (That is today) i drived my motorcycle hardly 8 kms. And i required to fill petrol again. I was asking for complaint register but admin dept was not ready to take complaint.
