Respected admin. of reliance petrol pumps.
I face a problem of being unable to make digital payment (debit card swipe) at reliance petrol pump of Dharwad city for LPG gas vehicle.
When enquired about the issue, your employee replied "we don't do digital payments for LPG"
Its a mockery of digital India
(Pump of opp modern hall, vidyagiri, dharwad)

I am regularly filling diesel at Reliance Petroleum, Kongaon, Kalyan - Bhiwandi Highway, I noticed that the petro pump attended every time asking to pay by cash only giving the one another reason for the card payment machine hence I need to fill limited quantity fuel in my car with available cash after waiting in queue. It doesn't looks comfortable after loosing time go to the next fuel station. I like to fill fuel in my car always top up which gives fair Idea about car mileage also the quantity received.

This needs to be look in as our Government is pushing for cashless transactions.

On 17th april around 12:30 pm. I own a wagon r car petrol+ cng and i was standing in the fuel line. One of the staff members accidentally filled diesel in my pettol car. But due to my understanding i alerged the filler that he has filled diesel in my car. I contacted the petrol pump owner immediately. But he was taking the matter very lightly and accepted that this is the 10 time in less than a week that this kind of incident has took place. After calling the mechanic and cleaning my fuel tank the car was not starting and my clutch pad was burnt immediately due to pushing the car without ignition in 1st gear. The owner is not accepting his mistake and the company has quoted 10000 charges for the same.

आज सुबह पेट्रोल डलाया 510 रूपये का और पेट्रोल डाला गया केवल 410 रूपये का रूपये लिये पूरे 510 और एन्वाइस मांंगने पर दो एन्वाइस दी गयी एक 100रूपये की और एक 410रूपये की। रिलायन्स पेट्रोल पम्प मेंं ग्राहक के साथ धोखा होता है । ये मेरे साथ दूसरी बार हुआ।
शिकायत सुनने वाला कोई नहींं है यहांं।

I am having car today i visited u r petrol station at 12 noon for filling diesel after filling I asked to check the tyre pressure u r staff reluctanly said the boy was not available to check the tyre pressure this was the 3rd time I faced same situation kindly take necessary action not repeat it in future, chimakurthy of Prakasam district of AP. Thank you

Sir day before yesterday I had went to reliance petrol pump near MATIYARI CHINHAT LUCKNOW.
I was standing in Que and waiting for my chance to come but petrol filler was busy to provide to his friend caring jury canes, after waiting long time too he was not giving any response and talking in very abusive language, when i have argued to fill petrol early in my car.

Petrol filler was saying If you are in a hurry you go to other petrol pump no need to come here .

We dont expect this kind of behaviour to customers

I m a regular customer of reliance petroleum .

Plz take some action against him

I was on the way to jakhal from bhatinda and I filled the diesel in my car ertiga and made the payment through my debit card of axis bank from the reliance petrol pump at mansa vide seq no.[protected] for Rs 2000/-.but while filling the fuel your person said that it will filled for 1750 only and swapped the card before filling. I said him to return my money but he said there is no provision to return cash. He said this entry will be invalid and he swapped it for 1750 vide seq no.[protected].he told me the amount will credited with in 24 hours but till today I couldn't get my money .pls help me my contact no. is [protected]. Waiting for positive reply.

I'm regular customer of your petrol pump (PBF010 ROAD name Nurture jalandhar ) today I visited at 10.15 a.month approx after filling fuel I asked for checking tyer pressure but they told we can't for the same most of time it had been seen they refuse to checking tyer pressure and misbehave with customer the manager didn't tring toresolve it

I did card swipe on 04/03/2017 in cheeka reliance petrol pump they deduct 11.50 ru. Service charges after 3 days. I am regular custmer of this petrolpump and also i swipe my every time whenever i take petrol or diesel in car.So why deduct my balance.

I am on reliance petrol pump on 20 February in my car beat for diesel fuel. For payment they says our cash card machine is not working so i say i have no cash payment but they says we don't have any type of other method of payment. But after some time pump owner coming and in pump owner office he talk to me like misbehaving and says that you not in front of me and comparing me to a peon and that's not like a gentleman​. It's totally like an iletrate person. And says much other things like misbehaving. So please take action to this petrol pump. And solve this problem and take action to petrol pump.

Yesterday i visited reliance petrol pump (Vastral Ring Road, Vastral, ahmedabad, Gujarat). I Have no change so I told to the service man that i want Rs.100 petrol but i have Rs. 2000 note only for payment. First he totally refused for give petrol. Then he said he will give petrol only in one condition that i have to received Rs.10 only in change. I said how can i use this much money then he said it's your problem not mine. he also said if you have to need petrol then you have to take Rs.10 note otherwise go.
Then i said you can manage this Rs.10 note through bank deposit, he and other serviceman reply that they don't deposit money in bank and if i don't have change don't come here.

Is this Good Service? What Should i do you suggest?

Today i am filling petrol on reliance pump, village-khariya mithapur, tehsil-bilara, district- jodhpur, Rajasthan at NH112 . i gave them 10 rupees coin but they are refusing to take this. they are totally refuse to take of coin. and also do misbehavior with me. they threw my coin far away. its totally insulting suituation. how they can refuse to take 10 rupees coin. they were saying that you have to do. i am very disappoint with their behavior. kindly Improve this type service and take action.

I had sent my punto car for refueling to reliance petrol pump in mandya on 19th feb 2017 @ 5.42pm. Despite telling to fill petrol for 1000rs, the attendent working at pump as filled 16lts diesel in my vehicle. Unknowingly i drove the car for 10 km afterwhich i came to know that diesel has been filled in my car, i rushed the vehicle to fait workshop for repairs and i had to incur rs.10000/- towerda repairs. I start morning 6 am everyday from kalyan to pitai where I try to get deseo from kon gaon pump but during this time I never get even single person to service saying they do counting and cashing work during this period hence fuel is unavailable during this time this answer from the people here are not acceptable and company should take strict actions on the same the manager sunil is always not available on time or on a holiday and standing manager sandeep bhoir is also not able to give solution . But giving me explanation that there were no one be available...

I put petrol Rs 210 from kalpetta branch and i swaiped with my debit card after that bill not came from the meshine from my account balance gone msg came. And thy told some time my be like that after same days you will get refund the amount. Than i given cash by hand Rs 210 .than i went off .long days i have not got my amount so i went the brach and i told my amount than the staff behaved very badly

Today I am go to reliance petrolpimp. I Have no cash so I told the petrolpimp man swip my card .thet man told me "Yaha pe nahi hoga age vale pimp pe jao

Today i went for filling petrol on M H PETROLEUM, OLD PATAS ROAD, DAUND.i want to petrol in bike of 400Rs.i want to swipe card.they told stop for 10 to 15 minutes.they r taking their reading on 7.00 am.the time of starting pump is 6.00am .they are scolding on me.u have to bear money.this is not fear.i[censored] r giving facility of swipe machine then why r u telling us bring money instead of card.plz help otherwise i will call news channels representatives.

Today morning, dated 12/12/2016 at around 10 AM, I had gone to the Reliance Petrol Pump, Unique Petroleums, Ashapura Park, Mundra Road, Bhuj-Kutch Gujarat.
I had asked the then pump operator to fill petrol of Rs. 1000/- in my Car no. GJ12CG 0789.The pump operator filled some petrol and immediately reset the meter to zero. I found that the fuel indicator in my car was very less.On inquiring about this, the pump operator refused to listen my complain and insisted that everything was ok. On asking about the receipt he gave me a hand written receipt instead of the regular computerized one. The receipt given to me having Invoice no. 42127 Book no. 76, Date : 12/12/16 Vehicle no . GJ12CG 0789. I was very much socked by such cheating and fraudulent practices of Reliance Petrol Pump. During this time there was no responsible person at the petrol pump except a few pump operators to attend my complaint. The attending pump operator even threatened me physically.

Since the time you started your Petrol pump at Chakan (Pune), I am the regular customer of your pump. I have few observations-
1. Your staff is taking time to feel the petrol when there will card payment. In a cash payment thay are quiet quick. Normally I always use the credit card
2. Secondly the Air Pump was not in a condition many times to give service.
This is my main complaint.
3. The Service Men at Air Pump not having a proper dress code like your Petrol Pump. The Service Men is quiet arogent, not speaking well. Not kwnowing he is really appointed by Reliance or not.

I am living in Gadchiroli and a regular customer of Reliance Petrol pump of Gadchiroli. In this monetisation process I had no money so I asked Petrol pump employee to swipe my credit card but he replied that he didn't have the swiping machine also I asked for drinking water but it wasn't available in the premises. Kindly install Drinking water machine and make available card swiping machine too.
