Today i went for filling petrol on M H PETROLEUM, OLD PATAS ROAD, DAUND.i want to petrol in bike of 400Rs.i want to swipe card.they told stop for 10 to 15 minutes.they r taking their reading on 7.00 am.the time of starting pump is 6.00am .they are scolding on me.u have to bear money.this is not fear.i[censored] r giving facility of swipe machine then why r u telling us bring money instead of card.plz help otherwise i will call news channels representatives.

Today morning, dated 12/12/2016 at around 10 AM, I had gone to the Reliance Petrol Pump, Unique Petroleums, Ashapura Park, Mundra Road, Bhuj-Kutch Gujarat.
I had asked the then pump operator to fill petrol of Rs. 1000/- in my Car no. GJ12CG 0789.The pump operator filled some petrol and immediately reset the meter to zero. I found that the fuel indicator in my car was very less.On inquiring about this, the pump operator refused to listen my complain and insisted that everything was ok. On asking about the receipt he gave me a hand written receipt instead of the regular computerized one. The receipt given to me having Invoice no. 42127 Book no. 76, Date : 12/12/16 Vehicle no . GJ12CG 0789. I was very much socked by such cheating and fraudulent practices of Reliance Petrol Pump. During this time there was no responsible person at the petrol pump except a few pump operators to attend my complaint. The attending pump operator even threatened me physically.

Since the time you started your Petrol pump at Chakan (Pune), I am the regular customer of your pump. I have few observations-
1. Your staff is taking time to feel the petrol when there will card payment. In a cash payment thay are quiet quick. Normally I always use the credit card
2. Secondly the Air Pump was not in a condition many times to give service.
This is my main complaint.
3. The Service Men at Air Pump not having a proper dress code like your Petrol Pump. The Service Men is quiet arogent, not speaking well. Not kwnowing he is really appointed by Reliance or not.

I am living in Gadchiroli and a regular customer of Reliance Petrol pump of Gadchiroli. In this monetisation process I had no money so I asked Petrol pump employee to swipe my credit card but he replied that he didn't have the swiping machine also I asked for drinking water but it wasn't available in the premises. Kindly install Drinking water machine and make available card swiping machine too.

Kalikuppam bunk(near to ambattur) they didn't accepting 1000 rupees I Requesd that to full d tank but they said i[censored] had change fill else go then responds waited More than an hour but also they didn't consider. I ask d complaint number I informed them they gave another number they also not responds. In front office they didn't wrote any complaint number r mail id . I spoked to manager & owner they insulted, they said i[censored] complaint to police station also u can't do anything ...

The petroleum dealer Reliance Pump Muthuvara Puzhakkal inThrissur District M/s Four Star Agencies Limited, Guruvayur Road, Thrissur 680553 . I fuelled my for an amount of Rs.1639.20 Invoice No.[protected] dated 18.11.2016 at 19.22 and paid an amount of Rs.2000/- vide new Indian currency of denomination Rs.2000/- . It is told that they will not take Indian new currency of denomination of Rs.2000/- but only either in old currencies or in hundreds. I have to had much difficulties in talking to them and lastly the sales man accepted and gave an amount of Rs.360/- . I am very sorry to hear from a petroleum dealer in India that they will not accept an Indian currency. I am regularly fuelling from the very same petrol pump and I used to give changes. Even this time also they have not asked me for changes but only one thing they will not accept new Rs.2000/- denomination. I have had tough time as a customer that too fuelling for a higher denomination. This aspect of behaviour faced by the customers is brought to your notice for further guidance in the matter.

On 27`th Oct I was coming from Bhopal to Indore in evening, after crossing the by pass(Dewas). on Agra Bombay Road at around 8.35 P.M.near Dewas(M.P.) I got full tank my Zest car(M.P.09CQ0966) with Petrol at Reliance fuel out let, I got filled up 37 litres pertrol and paid Rs.2685/- thru my Axis Bank credit card. after filling the petrol I drove my car & immediately my car started giving jerks not running smoothly .Initially I could not understand why the car started jerks and miss firing .Than I Called up the service manager of Jabalpur Motors(Tata car dealer of Indore) Mr Sayeed . I told Mr Sayeed about my problem.Immediately he said you got filled up the adulterated petrol by the time I reached my home at Indore, the distance between the Reliance out let and residence is hardly 20km. Next day i.e.on 28`th oct I took my vehicle to Jabalpur motors(Tata dealer) work, The entire system of my car is badly effected due to adulterated petrol, Injectors, power cable, petrol filter, etcs parts are damaged, still car parked in the work shop as under repairing. The estimate given by Tata dealer for repairing the damages is around 15, 000/- Plus the entire 37litre adulterated petrol costed
Rs.2685/- along pure 10 liter petrol worth of Rs 730/- has also drained out completely.

Its a heavy cost I am bearing as Innocent buyer due to the cheating by Reliance fuel out
As an Innocent buyer I expect justice from Reliance Petroleum LTD..

I needed to be compensated fairly by the Petroleum Ltd. and the dealer of Dewas should also be penalized heavily so that dealer should not cheat other customer also.

I am going to take an appropriate action against the concern dealer and Reliance petroleum for unfaithful behavior with customer.

On 16 oct 16 at around 1 pm I went to Reliance petrol pump on the avadi pattabhiram road opposite to Hindu college railway station in Chennai, RO code TNF027, SAP code 6655 to fill 1000 Rs petrol in my zen estillo car. Mr. Vinod was the pump attendant and there was one 2 wheeler waiting before me, after waiting for my turn another person came in a motorcycle with an empty pepsi bottle and the attendant filled petrol for him, next meanwhile yet another person came in a 2 wheeler for petrol and he started attending to him. when I asked him as to why he is not attending to me, he replied it is only 1.20 for the 2 wheeler, meaning 1 litre petrol and 20 ml oil. I asked the manager for complaint book, he told me there is no complaint book and showed me a board with details . Relance Petrol pump, RO CODE TNF027, SAP CODE 6655 and some contact numbers which were as follows [protected],[protected],[protected], [protected].
the manager is not in the least interested in listening to me and keeps talking to the petrol boy vinod when I am speaking to him. they are attending to only localites and poor people who but 1 odd litre of petrol or take loose petrol in bottles and neglect us. I m a regular consumer of petrol from the Reliance petrol pump, near Dabhel check post, vapi - 396191. The shocking is the behaviour of the staff & the supervisor of this place. Main problem is that here the rule of "first come, first serve" is not maintained. You wait for your turn, irrespective of the time you had reached the petrol refilling station. At the top of it, the behaviour of the staff & the supervisor. They clearly say that it'll remain like this only, its your choice now whether get the refilling done or not. Its disgusting & I started feeling dejected too.

Never expect this kind of behaviour from a giant like Reliance

I had sent my Honda Citi Car for refueling with my driver to reliance petrol pump in N-7 Cidco Aurangabad. Despite telling to fill petrol, the Attendent working at Pump Mr.Ajinath Dhumal filled Diesel in my vehicle. Unknowingly I drove the car for 1.5 KM afterwhich I came to know that diesel has been filled in my car . I rushed the vehicle to Honda WORKSHOP for repairs and I had to incur Rs.4800/- towerda repairs. I am demanding the charges from the attendent and manager of Petrol Pump but they are not reimbursing the damages. Person namely Mr.Arjun working at petrol pump refused to give me the details of company head office to lodge the complaint. I therefore request you to kindly lookinto the matter and arrange to reimburse the damages to me . If I don't receive any reply from the company, I shall be compelled to lodge the case in consumer forum.

It is obviously a dominant market of reliance for raw material of plastic goods
its been more then one month they have not send us the material
not just us a lot of people are fed up of this company and planing to import the raw material from UAE where the prise are cheap and quality is better it is a shame for the govt of india that v have to take such a step

Today, is first of March 2016. and the entire petroleum outlets of Kozhikkode district of Kerala state, other than Relaince outlets are on a strike for reasons unknown to me. As usual in the midnight of 29th FEB 2016 there was a change effected in the price of petroleum, which was supposed to be effective from 00.00hrs of[protected]. I went to fill petrol in my Hundai EON car, to the relaince petrol bunk at Areekkad, Near Meenchanda of Calicut, Near Nallalam police station at 10.58 AM today.Even though the petroleum prises are reduced by Rs 3.02/litre, the relaince outlet was selling petrol at the rate which was prevailing on 29 th of Feb 2016. Even though I have pointed out the same to the in charge at the bunk in the midst of heavy rush and long queue owing to the strike, he didnot care my complaint much but stated that it is an online problem and is to be corrected via online from their corporate office They even refused to give a receipt for my Rs 500 purchase of 8.1 litre.Please let me know why the rate was not reduced manually at the bunk, on a day of strike at other petrol stations in Kerala, without passing the benefit to the common man.Why he could not issue me a bill? Where does the excess money collected is going.? As the other vehicles in the queue are eager to get petrol at any rate because of the strike and rush, the bunk authorities were actually looting the hapless common man.It is also to be noted that even though the diesel prizes are slightly increased, there was no rush for diesel at the station as the buses and trucks have already collcted diesel at the higher rates on previous day itself.Please check and arrange to stop such malpractice. Please obtain the quantum of petroleum sold from midnight to 10.58 AM today and ask the authorities to remit the amount excessively collected to the Relief fund of Hon Chief Minister of Kerala.

Today i.e 31.10.2015 in morning i reached to petrol pump of reliance on dugri road, ludhiana . i asked the filling person for 100 rs petrol he started the machine and stopped after rs. 33 again he started and fill the remaining 67 rs petrol but when i checked in my speedometer the fuel status was as the same as earlier. i am fully sure that they dii not fill the petrol. when i approached to the representative of the pump. he called some other person and both of them started to change the topic and they refused to look into the matter. i asked for invoice, which they provided . eventually i had to reach office so i left the pump without getting satisfied i have no other option to lodged the complaint.

Am a relaince petrol customer but now i noticed my vehicles milage become low after empty tank i fill HP petrol i get more milage.I have always get more milage in reliance petrol but now there is a problem in petrol quality or in petrol quantity.I always fill reliance petrol from KVR Fuels karipanapalam ,swapna Nagari,kozhikode please check the pump

Dear Sir,

On January 1, 2011, my family had to fill petrol from the Reliance petrol pump at Onnamkutti, KP road, near Kayamkulam. we had asked the personnel to fill the car tank with Rs. 1000, worth of petrol. When the mark reached about Rs. 800, we could hear no sound of the petrol falling into the car tank and earlier than that too. When pointed out to the personnel they point blankly refused to listen to the complaint. We already had 4 liters of petrol in the tank. Kindly tell us how do we proceed with the complaint? Which are the authorities who should be notified about the doubt we have as well as about the way the digital meter is set for the pouring of the petrol and how do we know if that is not manipulated? I have a strong doubt about us being cheated of the petrol we pay for. The irony is that the poor consumers have to pay for the fuel enormously and then get cheated of the petrol he pays for.

Kindly take this matter seriously and let me know about the details I can know about the petrol supply to the consumers.
