Reliance Petroleum — Air pressure not working from very long time . If you don't have manpower then what's the point to display Free Air facility .
Air pressure machine is not working from very long time, don't have proper manpower to maintain Free Air service . Just wanted to know if you don't have manpower or capability to maintain a service then there is no point to mention it as free service for customers .

    Air pressure machine is not working from very long time, don't have proper manpower to maintain Free Air service . Just wanted to know if you don't have manpower or capability to maintain a service then there is no point to mention it as free service for customers .

    We never expected this bad service from the new joint venture, thought it would be more beneficial and friendly to customer . I would rather say earlier the service was good now it has changed a lot . Company is not auditing properly how the dealer is handling the unit . It's not like after giving franchise company will sit blindly. Auditing is a must atleast for new units.

        I am traveling from Ahmedabad to Baroda express highway, at the express highway baroda side i have stopped at jio pump for petrol and air. To check Air pressure I have stopped more then 15 mins . Asked pump operators for air fill but they are not giving any answer. Then i went to office but they give me very rude answer.
        And all opretars also behaving very rude.
        Very bad experience with jio petrol pump

                  Dear sir, I would like to inform you that on regular basis i cau take petrol pump located at Agra periphery my mostly take petrol from Tara Filling Station, Bad, Gwalior Road, Agra .
                  But from last 2 refuelling it is absorbed that he is compromised with the quantity of petrol and if you demand for receipt all time excuse that server is not functioning. I also received coupon of Rs. 25 as detail attached.
                  Congrats from Reliance BP Mobility Ltd on earning voucher [protected] of Rs.25 Please redeem before 29 Nov 2022 on PETROL purchase. OTP 994728 . T&C Apply- Regards RBML
                  But they refuse to reamburse . Due to server issue.
                  Behaviour of staff can destroy the image of organization.
                  So, request you to please take appropriate actions.

                    The services at reliance petrol pump at chhawla najafgarh road are disgusting. On 19 nov 2022, I was made to face a horrible experience. Nobody to guide as to where to queue, the zero figure not shown to the customer, . The location head seen resting on ground and so on. I had to cut a sorry figure for the visit. It is better to wind of the location otherwise it is there to defame the valiant reliance.

                          When I arrive at relaince petrol pump Nayal they denied to fill air in my car ( santro ) and give excuse to us that their was no light and air filling system was not operated through generator. However, I am the permanent customer on reliance petroleum due to believe in their quality but today I feel embarrassed about their do so I want resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                          मेरे द्वारा दिनांक 27 अक्टूबर 2022 को सुबह 10:30 बजे बालाजी फिलिंग स्टेशन हरदोई से 15 लीटर डीजल खरीदा गया सेल्समैन के द्वारा उक्त डीजल का मूल्य 1426 रुपए 65वसूला गया जोकि डेबिट कार्ड से मैंने भुगतान किया है वर्तमान में डीजल का मूल्य ₹9 है तथा जो कंपनी द्वारा वसूला गया ₹95 से वसूला गया है उक्त सेल मैन के द्वारा अधिक धनराशि डीजल की वसूली गई है कृपया उक्त कार्रवाई की जाए अन्यथा मुझ को विवश होकर विधिक कार्यवाही करना पड़ेगा
