Reliance Petroleum — Delay and misbehavior of the staff

It was yesterday at 19:03:40 at kuzhithurai in the district of kanyakumari i approached the lekshmi fuel staff and asked whether they accept my debit card and they agreed to do so. As the card was given to them they made the transaction and rs. 500 was deducted from my account. Since there was no paper in the device they could not print the bill. Many times i showed them the message i received from my bank and asked them to fill the fuel for rs. 500. Nobody was ready to give me the fuel and i waited there for more than 30 minutes. It is only at last they realized that there was no paper in the device to print a bill. I asked them why were they behave like that to customers and i was answered in an irresponsible manner which no one expect from a renowned firm as yours.
